This is a great service which I've used several times in Maui. I do prefer to hop on one of these rather than cab. The open air and electric ride were wonderful. I want to mention how the last time I used this service the driver kept reminding us of other pick ups they had to do and may be running late for, this was told to me twice, on different rides with my sister. When it came time to pay, the driver was impatient bc my sister, who has special needs, took too long getting out the 5$. You could feel the driver becoming increasingly impatient with us, and reiterating her next rides are waiting. Unfortunate customer service faux pas bc I used this service a lot and really enjoyed it, but felt that her demeanour was unprofessional and she was more concerned with the clients she had to pick up than the ones in front of her who were paying. read more

BEST RIDE ON THE ISLAND!!! Turtle Tracks is a 'MUST DO' while staying on Maui! It is convenient, fun, efficient, well priced, and full of aloha! With a quick phone call, we had our pickup scheduled at Kamaole 2. Our driver Tom arrived just after sunset in the stylishly green, all-electric, open air vehicle. Tom engaged the whole family and was very knowledgeable and entertaining!! He even had our three teenagers laughing. It took us about 15 minutes to get to our destination where Tom dropped us curbside next to the waterfalls at The Grand Wailea. From start to finish, the ride was truly a fun adventure. Turtle Tracks was a super fun way to get from Azeka to the Triangle on a Friday night. The open air breeze in the back set my "do" all aflutter, but perked me up for our next stop. What a way to get around Kihei! We were last minute for a ride to Fourth Friday in Kihei to see a free concert with Anuhea and Kimié. Called you guys up and you immediately made room for us at the last minute to such a big event. It was the best way to get there and back so we didn't have to find parking or walk that far to and from Kam Sands. Fun! Cool! Quiet! A bit more than an Uber, but the open air taxi cab was cool! The operators were polite, and engaging.

It's like a golf cart/limo! I was going less than a mile away but I just had to check it out and was impressed. I was the only rider so had plenty opportunity to ask questions. At the time their range is limited since they are electric vehicles and pretty much stay on S Kihei Rd, so I just had to walk a couple blocks to get picked up, which was less than 10 min from my text. They do go to shops at Wailea and Wailea Gateway though. You can get a ride with the convenience of a text. A great option for visitors staying in Kihei/Wailea and for locals who don't want to bother with parking in the triangle. Last pick up is 9, so not an option for late happy hours, but great for day happy hour, no need designated driver! Also, since they don't have car seats, there are age/weight restrictions. I think it's 4yo but please double check before you ride if you got small kids. Also great if you walk to the beach and it starts raining on you. At the time of this review it's $3 one way per person. A little more than bus, but with way more fun and convenient. read more

Our first time in Maui and my friends and I decided not to opt for a car rental. When we asked the front desk for options to get around they suggested Turtle Tracks. Turtle tracks was an economical way for us to get around. Pam drove us 99% of the time and she was great! She made a several recommendations, she was timely, patient and very friendly. My sister friends & I spent the week in Hawaii to celebrate one of their 40th Birthday , we had no ideal that we should of rented a car to get around , so we asked the front desk for other options to get around & they suggested Turtle Tracks. We called & schedule reservation for our trip to the grocery store, our night out at the laua & shopping & our last night in Hawaii dinner.
