Professional and prompt right from the start making our reservation. Our flight was delayed and we were able to text when we arrived. Arion was able to pick us up 5 minutes after our arrival. Super easy pick up location. Nice van. He couldn't of been more professional. He told us he also does private tours. I'm sure his tour is wonderful. He even had some Maui fun facts to share with us during the ride. 100% we would call South Maui Taxi again 100% we would ask if Arion is available.

Great Communication, Terrific Service…read more Cannot say enough good things about Chuck and his team. Let's face it, men are not usually the best communicators by text/phone -- but Chuck is a strong exception. You can make all arrangements by text and/or phone, and he'll get back to you as soon as he safely can (sometimes minutes). He drove us 5 times in 8 days, and his colleague Darrell (equally great) once. Every wonderful thing said in other reviews is true: reliable, kind, always on time or early, and all about the customer.

We used CB Taxi (ATS) because we know William and work with him whenever a VIP comes to Maui. You couldn't be in better hands. Always on time. These guys are pro's. We requested all experienced male drivers, and 3 brand new luxury SUV's. We drove in tactical formation non stop from Kahului to a private Villa on Makena Beach in Kihei. Lebron and his wife in the lead SUV. son and girlfriend in the second SUV. All the luggage and our security detail in the third SUV. CB Taxi drivers did all the work, took the luggage from the plane into the SUV, from the SUV into the beach house. It was like having a backup security detail helping us out. The trip back was the same. They arrived early in spotless vehicles, with professional clean cut drivers, reliable, and courteous. 5 stars.

We cancelled the return trip and they argued it wasn't within 72 hours even though the company had notice the day we arrived we would not use them again. They also charged $400 for a one way pickup for another family member on our hotel bill, while separately charging $120 for the taxi they utilized for the service (double charged). They then show up when we're leaving as if to suggest we didn't cancel. I think this is outrageous behavior operating a business like bandits.... maybe hopeful unsuspecting patrons won't scrutinize their bill. Anyway a 5 star service from CB Taxi! Highly recommend- Jonah was an excellent driver, courteous, and polite.

My husband and I booked with Eric for a ride from our resort to Mama's Fish House for dinner, and then to be picked up from dinner to be taken back to our resort. After our dinner, Eric was flexible on the pickup time seeing as we did not know how long the meal would take, which we greatly appreciated! Eric was very friendly and shared a lot about the island and landmarks that we passed during our time together in the car. We greatly appreciated his timeliness, dependability and friendliness and are happy to recommend him!
