Making the reservation was easy - however, no one came to pick us up from the airport. I sent an email to the person I was communicating with via email and never received a response back regarding a status of our ride. Bummed after a long day traveling with little ones. read more

Huge thanks to Glen for the quick response and to Kelly, our terrific driver! Everything went smoothly from start to finish -- truly appreciated the professionalism and friendly service. read more

I arrived and left Maui separately (from the rest of my family), so I booked this service to spare my husband the long drive from Lahaina to Kahului. As soon as I filled out the online booking request, I got an email estimate for the fare and then text confirmation of the ride. My driver Kelly was exactly on time for the pick up and the ride was very comfortable. Highly recommend this service. read more

We used this shuttle service for our trip to Maui (airport transfer). Everything was smoothed well organized and comunicate. Our little one had a car seat provided for the ride which made things for us even easier. I would definitely recommend this service! read more

Great experience reserving a shuttle. They just never showed up or responded when we asked about it from the airport. So after about 15-20 minutes we caught a taxi to our hotel. read more

Aloha Share Express was great! We used them for a scheduled airport pickup from OGG to Wailea because we needed a service that could provide car seats. Our driver texted us upon arrival, the car seats (one convertible and one booster) were ready to go, and the ride was smooth. We did the same thing for our return to the airport as well. They were on time, courteous, and professional. read more

They are awesome. We've been going to Maui every January for the last 8 years and use Aloha Share Express every time. They've always been reliable without any issues. They also will provide car seats for kids upon request. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent company, I am just bummed I could not use them again because our Maui Trip was canceled. I look forward to using them in the future. read more

Glad to have found Aloha express on Yelp. Had used their service last Sunday to get back to OGG. It was very easy to book via email, communication with them was great, reasonable pricing, shuttle arrived early, and driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about Maui. I would definitely use Aloha Express again on another Maui visit. read more

So impressed with Glen and this company! Super fast response. Our driver (Kelly) was early and super helpful (which came in handy since our plane landed early) and was responsive and let me know exactly where to meet. Car was clean! We will DEFINITELY be using this company again as we're regular visitors to Maui. Thank you so much! read more

Highly recommended....great service from booking, pickup and drop off. Thank you Glen and Kelly. read more

Aloha Share Express - Ferry from Lahaina to Lanai - Airport Shuttles Near Me

We did our research on transportation options to and from our hotel for our stay in Maui and Aloha Share Express came highly recommended. Their rates are very reasonable, the booking process was hassle free and we cannot say enough good things about our experience using their transportation service. Glen was so prompt in replying to my emails (best way to contact him- the phone voicemail is full) and answered all my questions the night I reached out to reserve our ride. If there is one suggestion to improve the booking process, we would have liked the website to feature more info on rates before locking in our reservation. Our plane into OGG was 1hr early and Kelly (our driver) tracked our flight and waited patiently for us in the cell phone lot while we grabbed our luggage. She texted us to let us know her whereabouts and met us right outside bag claim in the center island just as marked on the map provided via email once Aloha Share Express confirms your ride. Kelly was so genuine and professional. The van was clean and spacious for our long legs and loads of luggage. It also came equipped with the booster seat we requested when making our reservation. Kelly was thoughtful enough to make a quick stop for us to grab some drinks at a local store. We had great conversation and enjoyed our drive to our hotel. It gave us so much peace of mind to have such a positive pick up experience, we had no stress for our return trip to the airport. What a bonus start to our family vacation! The night before we departed we received a text from Malou our driver to OGG. We so appreciated this confirmation for our ride with an exact pick up time. She too was prompt for pick up at the resort, so kind and professional. Another great trip with awesome conversation. Both Kelly and Malou have the aloha spirit and these ladies are strong! Don't think twice about making a reservation with Aloha Share Express, you will be SO grateful you did! We look forward to returning this year again and won't hesitate to use Aloha Share Express! In the meantime, we will continue to refer our friends and family to this service. Thank you all for the safe, reliable transportation during our stay in Maui! Until we meet again... :) ~Haley read more

Communication with Glen through email was super easy and he replies fast too. Even tho my flight landed a different time my reserved shuttle still came to pick me up. Driver was so nice and welcoming driving us to our hotel. Going back I had a different driver she was very quiet but that is ok still excellent service. I would recommend to use this service if you don't plan on getting a rental car at the airport. If you decide to wait on a Ride share you could be stuck waiting for a ride since there are a lack of drivers due to covid. I did my research on shuttles and Aloha share express seems to be the best one. Thank you! read more

I am extremely happy with my choice to use aloha share express instead of Uber on my trip to Maui. From the hotel to the airport and back, Mr. Kim and Kelly we're extremely pleasant and the car ride was smooth with no stops to the airport. Glen was also very responsive via email. We got a text when we arrived and also before we left saying where they would be. Also, they were so kind in helping us with our bags and being flexible with the pick up times. As reiterated by all the reviews below, highly recommend this awesome business :) Mahalo! read more

We utilized Aloha Express service to and from the airport to the Kaanapali resort area in early December 2022. The entire experience was outstanding. The initial response to my email request was prompt and courteous. Their pricing was reasonable, and for both trips we were the only clients in the vehicle. We had two different drivers, both of whom were friendly, and safe drivers and were on time. Vehicles were clean and appeared to be in good working order. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again if we return to Maui. read more

If I could rate 0 or -5 I would. They claim to service 24 hours. I put a request in for a airport shuttle the day before travel and they called me at 9:40pm a few hours before travel and told me "nobody wants to do a morning pick up." As if they were not aware that there are early morning flights. Don't pick this company, total waste of time. Now I have to scramble because of their unprofessional inconsideration. read more

We absolutely recommend using Aloha Share Express! We had been given 2 other recommendations for different shuttle services via our hotel and 1 had atrocious reviews and the other one was not even listed on Yelp. We went off of the stellar reviews that Aloha Share Express had here and we're very happy we did. You will need to contact the company via email directly for a price quote. The online form is to create a booking only, but Glen responded promptly and courteously to our inquiry. We paid $96 one way for the 3 of us plus 5 pieces of luggage from our hotel in Kaanapali to the Kahului airport. They are only doing private shuttles since Covid so there will be no other stops to pick up other groups. Our driver touched base and confirmed with us the day before our pick up. She was prompt, professional, assisted with all our bags, and the vehicle was immaculately clean! We would certainly utilize Aloha Share Express again! read more

Top notch service! The baggage claim at Kahului Airport can get backed up which means you may wait for your bags for an hour if the airport is busy. The team at Aloha Share Express were able to pick us up as soon as we grabbed our bags even with the wait time. The ride was comfortable and the price was reasonable to the Kaanapali side of the island. Highly recommended! read more

Our first experience using Aloha Share Express was so great that we decided to use them again on our recent trip to Maui. This time we had a group of 9 people and thus needed two vehicles. They were on time both to and from airport to hotel, easy to communicate with, allowed us to stop at the store, provided car seats for the children - just really excellent service all around. Saved money and time when compared to renting a car. Cannot recommend enough! read more

We used Aloha express on our recent trip to Maui this August and they are on time, courteous and provide excellent service, Liani assisted us on getting referral taxi to Honolulu too which made our trip smooth from one island airport to another. Highly recommended! read more

Glen was great at responding to my e-mails and taking care of our needs.

We LOVE Aloha Share Express. Mina was very welcoming and happy to pick us up from OGG. She had the correct car seat for our 1 year old. Was on time and texted with me from landing to meeting in person for transportation. Very roomy car, very cold A/C which is helpful with humid Maui weather. We liked her so much we booked our return trip for departure with her last minute and she was very accommodating. Our rate was very reasonable and accurate... We will gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs pick up and drop off in Maui. read more

We used Aloha Share Express in Maui for transportation to/from OGG to Andaz-Maui in Dec 2021 and were very pleased with the service. Easy to book and we appreciated the price confirmation when we booked - no hidden fees or up-charges. Glen was very responsive over email when we booked & prior to our arrival, and let us know exactly where to meet our driver at the airport. Great communication from our drivers prior to pick-up. Both our drivers were very punctual (early in fact) and provided excellent details over text. You can pay with credit card or cash. Easy & reliable! We'll definitely use Aloha Share Express again. read more

Transfers to and from airport to hotel on Maui - fantastic job each time.

Very happy with this service. Prompt and very friendly. They texted me as we landed to let us know exactly where they'd be at the airport. Also texted the day before departure, confirming time, etc. Overall, just great. Stress-free! Will definitely use again the next time we visit! read more

We booked Aloha Share Express for roundtrip service between Kahului and the Sheraton Maui at Ka'anapali Beach. Both our drivers arrived on time and were professional, welcoming people. The drivers confirmed via text message day-of, which was a nice touch. The booking process was easy with Glen responding quickly via email. I made a mistake on the pickup time for our return to the airport and they caught the mistake and corrected it for me. Thanks for helping to make our visit to Maui a great time! read more

Fantastic service to and from our hotel. Our drivers were on time and waiting for us at the arranged times. We were traveling with small children and they provided two car seats. Recommend 100%. read more

THEY ARE AWESOME!! I booked a round-trip service with them on our recent long overdue family trip. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 infants so we had to call for 2 drivers and 2 child seats as well. (Keep in mind, this was still relatively cheaper then calling a big shuttle and it was nice to be able to go directly to the resort without all the stops. This is super helpful when you are traveling with 2 infants under the age of 3). Kelly was our driver and she was so sweet!! During our ride, we decided last minute that we didn't want to stay at the resort for the whole duration of our stay. We were in a bit of a sticky situation since we didn't bring car seats for the kids and that's when Kelly stepped up. She offered to let us borrow BOTH car seats while we were staying there, free of charge. WHO DOES THAT? For all you parents out there, you know traveling with kids means lots of luggage and we appreciated this gesture. It helps tremendously to the point that we called her back again for our zip-lining ride 2 days later. These are great local people with genuine sweetness who go out of their way. Book them if you need a ride service. I know I'm calling them again when I'm in Maui!! read more

Great service, very professional. The ride came to my home on time, fit my 3 large suitcases in back of van. Comfortable ride, price was great, and dropped off at front of airport. Three week later when I arrived back home on Maui, I got my luggage and the driver texted me, waiting in front of the airport, on time, and was given a ride home, dropped off at my front door. Excellent experience, took away all the worries about parking, paying for long term parking at airport, and dragging all my luggage to terminal. The drivers where pleasant, clean vehicles, arrived at designated times, great service, will definitely use this company again. Thanks, Dawn read more

Hubs and I were only in Maui a few days and did not rent a car, so hiring Aloha Share Express was the way to go. The owner, Glen was out of town so he sent another driver to pick us up to/from the airport. We were picked up early each time, and had a very smooth ride in their Cadillac. A little pricey (I guess we got sticker shock because airport taxi prices are lower in NYC...but the drive is further to the OGG airport from Ka'anapali), but worth it to not have to worry about navigating and driving on your own! We had the option of a shared or private ride - the shared is 20% cheaper. We opted for the shared but was lucky to not have any additional pick ups. They max out on one additional pick-up per ride as opposed to Roberts, which has several. Great and quick way to start off our honeymoon! read more

Great service. Use this every time we come. Got 2 car seats through them. There was a major accident so they coordinated with another company to make sure we got an earlier ride to the airport. always friendly and on time with text confirmations. read more

Glen is absolutely amazing! I was so worried about using shuttle service as my resort told me not to as they are flakey and unreliable. But after I read all the great reviews about this company, I decided to book with him and figured if he doesn't show I'll take a taxi... never even had to consider this option :) I made my reservation online and after a few days or a week without a response, I emailed them to make sure they received my email .. and I got a response immediately showing that they had emailed me previously & found out it was in my junk email that I don't ever check :P He emailed us the info the day before our arrival and continued to text us to ensure we had an up to date pick up location/time. He gives out his cell phone number so you can always get in contact with him and he even offered us to give him a call if we ever got lost during our stay O.O awesome! It was about $45 for 2 per trip, which is a great deal compared to taxi service and he's very friendly and always on time. He was waiting outside at baggage claim when we arrived and outside of our resort before our scheduled time! Can't wait to visit Maui again and use this service :) read more

Glen was straightforward, honest, punctual and it worked great. My girlfriend and I saved money from Kahalui Airport to Kaanapali and back. We did not have to share the cab, as is his deal, but if another couple would have shared the cab it would have been fine. Not like a shuttle where you stop at 7 hotels before yours. He also had mellow island spirit and story, is a complete local, and directed us to some great poke. Have to respect the island, people, and beauty. Highly recommended... Mahalo Glen. read more
