We needed a ride from the Kahului airport late night and found this company -What a lucky break. I was able to call them from home several days before my flight to make a reservation. At that time, Mina gave me the cost, where I would meet the driver and a picture of the vehicle. When we landed I had a message giving me the driver's name and phone number to call when I had my luggage. She was there in 2 minutes! The car was clean and roomy. She was friendly and helpful. We used their service again the next day with the same great service. I definitely recommend them any time you come to Kahului/Kihei area. Great shuttle service! We went with these guys because it was actually cheaper than the big bus shuttle services. We choose the option to get 20% off if we were willing to share the car. We didn't end up having any other riders with us either way and still revived 20% off! They were on time both ways. And confirmed quickly. Kelly picked us up and was super sweet and helpful. Liana dropped us off at the airport and was really knowledgeable about the island. She told us she used to be a tour guide and told us all about Maui on our way to the airport. They were also a great deal. With the 20% off it was about $80 each way. Which was $40 cheaper than the bus shuttle services that had horrible reviews. Oh my gosh, Mina is sooo sweet!!! Based on yelp reviews, we booked a round trip to our hotel in Kaanapali and our experience was great. A month ago, Mina picked my sister and I up in her spotless van with an "adorable" dashboard filled with about 2 dozen colorful little hula dancers. She was very warm and friendly. Having lived on Maui for many years, Mina provided us with lots of insight on island activities. We were comforted knowing that Aloha Share Express would be picking us up in plenty of time to make our way back to the airport. Lucky for us, Mina picked us up and as we left the van, we felt like we were saying goodbye to a good friend. Great service from top to bottom. We wanted a private cab to meet us at the Maui airport to take us to our Wailea hotel to avoid the hassle of seeking out a cab. I e-mailed Glen a few times, and he responded promptly. We booked our pickup at the airport for a private trip a day early. The booking was easy. Kelly tracked our plane and was at the curb waiting for us as soon as we confirmed we had our bags. We were so pleased that we reserved a private return from out hotel to the airport. Again, the booking and confirmation were seamless. Kelly met us at our hotel right on time. Wow !!! Wow !!! Personalized , friendly, genuine , I could go on and on about Mina . She took us to our return flight. It had been a stressful day as our family of five was returning on three different flights. Everyone was grouchy and hungry. Mina was so sweet and calming. She knew shortcuts and made the drive a guided tour as she highlighted landmarks and sights along the way. She took us to the airport to check in and get tickets and then took us to Da Kitchen to pick up food for the flight. We all made our flights with full tummies and a smile. She was wonderful ! She said that we can book guided tours / drives with Aloha Share Express and we intend to do that when we get back . I had also used Aloha Share Express on the arrival pickup to the hotel and they were great too ( even though it was a different driver ) . I was given the referral to Speedi Shuttle in the beginning from the hotel. Read speedi's Yelp reviews . They are as bad as the reviews say they are. The six of us were picked up right on time at the Maui Airport by Kelly. We fit comfortably in her van with all of our luggage. She greeted each of us gals with a flower for our hair. I thought that was a super fun gesture. It was our first time to the island and she gladly answered all of our questions on the 45 minute drive to our resort. We were taken back to the airport by Mina. She also arrived promptly and we fit comfortable in her van. We were all so sad to leave but she had us smiling and laughing as she dropped us off. What a wonderful way to start out my honeymoon in Maui! Kelly was a fantastic driver, very friendly and courteous. The ride to Kaanapali was relaxing and informative. She pointed out great restaurants and local spots that many tourists do not know about. Made reservations online based on the reviews on yelp. I was a little worried into my first foray with this group but rest assured, my experience went well. We booked a roundtrip ride last week. We got Erik our airport pickup driver who dropped us off to our hotel. We let Glen know that we wanted Erik for our return dropoff to the airport with no guarantee and got him. Erik was very efficient and super polite. I understand communication is not prompt via email or phone but in the end you will get a response. I took used Cab Shuttle Maui as I have waited an hour+ for shuttles to leave the airport, and then stopped at multiple stops along the way - sometimes taking over 2hours to get home! We used Cab Shuttle to take us back to the airport today. Glen texted us in the morning to let us know when and who would be picking us up from our condo. Mark was our driver and was very friendly, acting almost like a free tour guide as he pointed out places as we drove. There were no other travelers they had to pick up, so we essentially got a private taxi ride, & the taxi van was very clean & comfortable. My husband and i visited Maui this past Nov for the first time. we just needed a one way ride to our hotel in Wailea (Marriott). Found Glens shuttle service on yelp. Gave it a shot cuz of all the rave reviews and they did not disappoint! their prices were more affordable than the other shuttle companies in the area & the best part ...we were the only passengers! They even gave us a discount for using their shuttle service (its on their website). Response from Glen after booking was quite prompt. They text or email the drivers info and you call them when you land. from airport to wailea, it was about 25 min. The driver (forgot his name) helped us with our bags and drove within the speed limit ( I Appreciate a safe driver). He also gave us some tips about where to visit/eat. Simply put, we had a great experience with Glen during our trip in November 2015. He was on time (early, actually), polite and friendly.
