Beachin' Rides Maui is the only way to get to your destination from OGG! Jules was waiting for us a short walk from baggage claim and she greeted us like old friends. She provided an informative, stress-free ride to the West side. Beachin' Maui Rides is our "go to" from now on. Hope to book a tour with them next trip. read more

Highly recommend this company! Jules was amazing--outstanding customer service and very informative about the island. The car was always clean, on time, and communication was excellent throughout. read more

We had a fun time with Jules today visiting a number of sites around Maui. She communicated well with the person in our group who arranged our tour with her so we were right where she needed us to be to be picked up from our ship. There were 4 of us and we fit nicely in her suburban. She took great care of the one of us who uses a walker. She is knowledgeable about the island and was full of information. She was flexible with what we wanted and needed to do while we were with her. I highly recommend Beachin' Rides Maui! read more

Jules kept her promise of a free future ride due to our previous issue. She did feel awful. She's a very kind person and I'd use her again on my transfer to condo. read more

Highly recommended this company. Jim took us on a private tour of Maui. Very informative and willing to go wherever we wanted. Well worth the tour. Jules his wife arranged everything and was in constant touch. They couldn't pick us up at airport because already busy but arranged for a reliable taxi to pick us up and drop us off. She kept checking in if all went well. This couple is so personable you feel like dealing with a good friend. Highly recommended using them for tours and airport transportation. read more

You've probably heard by now about the shortage of rental cars on the island, and of the long waits for an Uber. When I needed to get from Nipili Bay to Kihei on a particular day by a particular time, I tried to schedule an Uber, which didn't fly, and thought I might resort to a group airport shuttle just to make sure I had something available. Then I found Beachin Rides Maui, a new local business. I contacted them after hours with an email through their website, and they followed up the next day. Jules was very accommodating with clear communication. She sent a text confirmation after the call, and in my case, another text the night before the scheduled ride. I love having these checks to make sure a plan is in place. The ride was nice---I'm terrible with car types, but it was a big SUV with soft seats and an easy ride. She was a delight to talk to and the ride down to Kihei was over before I knew it. Priced slightly higher, I think, than an Uber might have been, but the money stays local (unlike Uber and Lyft), and I felt like the scheduled door-to-door service, quality of the ride and customer service were completely worth it. Beachin Rides started as a way to schedule a round-trip ride to the beach, equipment, sand and all, and I only wish I had found them sooner, because I would have used them when I was carless for a couple of snorkel excursions farther north. I highly recommend them! read more

Jules and Jim are fantastic! Jim was so patient with us! He was ready to pick us up when we had to delay our departure from the airport due to a lost bag. We had a 2 stop drop off. One couple was staying at the Wailea Marriott. We dropped them off first, other family were staying there as well. They came to say hi on our way to the Andaz. Jim had no problem waiting while we gave our grandson a hug and a kiss and made plans for the next day. At the end of our stay, he was right on time to take us back to the airport. The island information (tour if you will) while we drove was a nice touch and more than we got on the other islands! I would not hesitate to book with them. Reliable, trustworthy and kind! read more

Where do I start? Uber & Lyft are scarce here. It's strange and extremely busy Covid times. No taxis available with 3 hours until our flight leaves. It's an hour alone to get to the airport so I'm stressin. Jewel answers the phone and shoots right over to pick us up. I have never appreciated a business so so much. One of the best rides ever. Do not hesitate to call! read more

Love this company. Our friends booked them for us to be picked up at airport and brought to their home in Napili. Very nice, clean vehicle and great conversation with Jules. Highly recommend. read more

Jules is fantastic! She gave me a ride to and from the airport. In my ride from the airport she pointed sights out. It was like riding with a friend. I only wish I were in Maui longer and could take advantage of sightseeing with them. Highly recommend read more

We had an extremely positive experience with Beachin' Rides. Communication was excellent, the vehicle was comfortable and Jim was super friendly and a safe driver. We even got to do a quick pit stop at Costco on the way to do a return. The special drop off area at the airport is very convenient. We've tried other car services, but will definitely go back to Beachin' Rides again. Thank you, Jim for making our trip back to the airport so pleasant. read more

Highly recommend Beachin Rides , especially right now with the rental car prices/shortages . I set up our airport pick up / drop off with Jules and she made the whole process simple and stress free! Jim was at the airport right on time and gave us a smooth ride to the hotel with lots of great suggestions! At the end of our trip he was at the hotel to pick us up with plenty of time to get to the airport and check in which is about a 2 1/2 hour process right now ! Their prices are great and they do in town shuttling too , which is extremely convenient not having to find parking at the beaches etc. Great experience, great price , highly recommend!! read more

There were many options but I got to speak to someone instead of leaving a message. We had a really early flight and we were picked up by a very nice man and the trip to the airport was so fast and we talked all the way. read more

Hi there! We used Beachin Rides Maui in July 2021. We had a very positive experience. Jules was our driver both times we used them. She was awesome and took care of our every need. I would highly recommend this company! read more

I hired Beachin' Rides Maui for myself because I wanted to give my (now) husband a "first look" experience for our elopement. The communication between them during the planning phase was very personable yet professional, even when I had a change in location as we got closer to the date. They were punctual and exactly where I needed them to be the day of my wedding. Little did I know that I'd be a nervous wreck during my pickup! Jules was very sweet and calming, she talked to me to calm my nerves my whole 1-hour ride and even kept her cool when my wedding assistant was giving us horrible directions. She was exactly what I needed on my special day and I cannot thank her enough. read more

Jules was excellent to work with in planning for transportation for my elopement! We were able to book months in advance, and there was clear and consistent communication throughout the process! Would recommend for anyone needing to get around the island in comfort for much more reasonable prices than other limo/black car services! read more

My family of four used Beachin Rides for transportation from our hotel in Kaanapali to the Kahului Airport. Jules was our driver and she was awesome. We are kind of a shy group, but we had a great conversation with her and the 45 minute drive just flew by. She drove us in a very nice black Suburban SUV so there was plenty of room for all of us and our two weeks worth of luggage. When I called to make the reservation, she answered promptly and was extremely friendly. She then texted later to confirm and texted again the night before our ride. We really appreciated the great communication. You can't reserve XL ride-shares on the island, so being able to reserve a nice ride ahead of time and pay just about the same (maybe a little more, but not much) was well worth it. Thanks Jules! read more

We used Beachin Rides Maui throughout our week in Maui. We can not say enough wonderful things about Jules and Jim, they were absolutely wonderful. The van and the suburban they use are pristine. They are a wealth of knowledge and love to share all they know! They are very quick to respond and we're super flexible with us when our plans changed. Very reliable and always early!! Communication was excellent throughout the whole trip and prices were unbeatable. You will not regret using Beachin Rides Maui! Thank you for everything!!!! read more
