My skin was absolutely gorgeous afterwards but this is the first facial I've had that they don't massage you while your mask sits. All the previous facials I've had they massage your neck, scalp shoulders and arms while your mask sits but during this facial they actually leave the room and go wash things and prep things while you just lay there. She did give me a 10-15 minute massage but I expected more and the scalp massage felt great but only lasted maybe 30 seconds, not even a full minute. They also do not provide a neck cradle or support so I actually left the facial with a bad headache and needing a neck and scalp massage from laying in that position for 2 hours. Overall, if you are looking for relaxing facial this is not it. If you are looking for a good gua sha facial without all the massage then book the one hour, 2 hours is too long.

I recently lost a loved one and I have a lot of grief to deal with as well as physical stress. I contacted Carolina and she was very compassionate from the beginning and I believe she wanted to help me. My massage with Carolina ended up being the best massage I've ever had. I actually felt I was transforming to a different place. She did many things that I haven't had a therapist do before, talking me through breathing and letting go. She was very generous with her time and I really felt that her goal was to help me, not make money. I left feeling rejuvenated and with a gratitude for connecting with Carolina. I will seek her out whenever I'm back in the islands and I'm sad she's not local to me so I could see her often.

From the start, Laura was incredibly accommodating. Helping me find a convenient time for the appointments for myself and the 6 other people with us, and ensuring everything was set up seamlessly. The ease of scheduling and communication made the whole process convenient. When Nico and Christin arrived, they were punctual, friendly, and prepared. The massage itself was fantastic- Nico took the time to ask about my specific needs and areas of tension and tailored the massage to address them perfectly. The attention to detail and their ability to create a relaxing, therapeutic environment in home was exceptional. Hands down the best message of my life, and I am picky. My husband said the same about his. My in laws were next after us and they gave the same high praises. The next day, we had 4 more people getting massages and Christin came back with Stephanie. All 4 loved their massages and gave them 5 stars. This was the best way to begin our vacation! What truly set this experience apart was working with Laura. She is fun and funny and truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend Na Alii for anyone looking for a professional and deeply relaxing massage in the comfort of their own home or hotel room. I will definitely be booking again on our next visit to the island!

It's located at a very unassuming Kihei Plaza, but you will receive a quality massage- same if not better than at the resorts or hotel spas. I booked a 60 minute massage with a 15 minute reflexology add on. Christina's skill and pressure was perfect. One thing I noticed was that she refrained from using her elbows which I appreciated because many massage therapists tend to over use their elbows and then it becomes a painful pain experience to endure. The whole massage felt therapeutic and very relaxing. My only regret was not booking with her twice during my stay. I will most definitely come back the next time I am in Maui!

My technician Cory gave me a deep tissue massage and my husband had a relaxation massage by Jenn. We get massages regularly back home so we are tough critics because we love our Massage Therapist back home and going someplace else is always tricky - both Cory and Jenn did a wonderful job!! We enjoyed the little touches we do not normally receive, like a light eye covering, a warm towel on our feet and hands at the end; for me when Cory was done working on my back she placed a warm heating pad there while she worked on my legs ... heavenly! If we lived here we would be a regular patrons!! The space is welcoming and calm. We highly recommend.

When my husband mentioned this to them when booking, they highly recommended the restorative message with Malia for me. Upon arriving, there is plenty of parking since it's in a small plaza. But it's a bit tricky to find the first time, since it is through a door and up the stairs. The receptionist was really nice and had us checked in quickly and got us water. Malia and Ashley kindly greeted us and brought us to the couple's room where we got settled in. My husband said his massage was really relaxing and Ashley was able to hit a lot of pressure points he didn't know were sore and tired. Malia was AMAZING, there was a point she used hot stone on my foot, and it was hurting so much due to the plantar fasciitis, but I knew I had to endure it. She really focused on the calves and foot with heat and helped me feel relax and comfortable. After the massage, Malia really took the time to explain home remedies and what I should do to help with plantar fasciitis. Overall, 808 Wellness Spa was amazing! We had such a relaxing and great time here. After Malia's advice in taking better care of my foot and massaging it as she recommended, I feel so much better while doing my high impact sports. I highly recommend this place if your body feels stressed and sore.
