Peter was very responsive and flexible - making time to meet us during our short trip on Maui for the initial walk thru. We had a short window before flying out and he was right on time, friendly & professional, and provided a great quote. Knowing we don't live on Maui, he asked if we had someone who would meet them at the house on the day of hauling, asked for their contact info, and reached out to them himself to schedule the appointment. After the job was completed, he did a video walk-thru of the inside and outside of the house for us. Anytime we had a question, even after the job was done, he responded quickly and took the time to answer thoroughly. Cleaning out our uncle's house has been stressful and alot of work. The next day we are told by Home Depot they have the correct address and Island Movers tell me they are 10 mins out but never arrive! My husband took the day off to wait for them, had the door wide open, off the hinges, waiting. They probably still went to the wrong address. We are without fridge, spoiled food.
