Though she did say that if you want a coloring service and haircut done at the same time to call in and schedule to make sure there's enough time allotted. (The online scheduling only allows you to book one service at a time and will ask you to change stylists for each service if they aren't available which would be odd to switch mid hair makeover ) I had a haircut and blow dry with Carly, the owner, and she was amazing. She seemed to know exactly what to do with my hair even though I didn't lol ‍ She had great tips and she knew exactly what I wanted. She was super personable and we chit chatted during the entire cut. She was super professional and I really enjoyed my experience. My hair came out awesome and she made the haircut experience top notch. She even suggested a product and provided me a small sample to try on my hair wavy which I thought was definitely going above and beyond! Half of the time she was texting and on the phone with what was supposed to be a sterile environment and now I come out with a different color of my eyebrows to the color of my eyeliner.
