Ours was a tearout of junipers and rerocking the areas. Most of the work was done well, although…read morethe rock I received was so very dirty, and the weed mat was practically useless because of all the dirt in the rock. This season, the rock area is so dirty, with areas that show mostly dirt , that more rock is needed, yet the dirt will remain. I take part of the blame for not refusing to accept the dirty rock, although I was told that the dirt would disappear, which it did not. We spent about $20k on this landscaping and unfortunately will be spending more to complete it this summer. Be diligent in inspecting your project before accepting the results.
