It was the first since adopting our two current pups (1-yr and 2-yr old pittie mixes) who are sweet, loving, and spoiled for attention. The team at BB is awesome, though, and while we were nervous about the pups having separation anxiety, the overnight and daytime sitters engaged them with couch cuddles, fetch time, sunning time, and always gave us updates at the end of each visit. One of their regular sitters (Desi) handled the majority of the visits and overnights, and the pictures made it clear they were happy to see her and most importantly relaxed with her, which was huge for us being able to relax ourselves. That said, all 3 sitters who saw them during the week gave them their full attention and gave us that great communication. Full recommendation.

When I went out of town for a week, I was seriously stressed about my kitties. Well, after a couple days Erica and her team completely put my mind at ease. She texted me updates during their walks and was always able to accommodate my ever changing schedule. In addition to walks, she also taught Pancake some basic obedience during their visits. One day, right after I adopted my pup, she snuck into a care package I'd put together for my deployed friends (read, boatloads of chocolate) while I was at work. Luckily, Erica dropped by for their daily walk and she immediately contacted me and even took her to the nearby vet to have her stomach evacuated before taking her home. I worked 45min away and Erica did not even hesitate to offer to take her to the vet. I used Blissful Buddha for a few weeks before I found Erica and while I thought they were professional and courteous, I felt it was a bit more of a corporate vibe and they rarely sent the same walker twice. With Erica, she will treat your pup like her own and you as a friend. She also was willing to speak with my new landlord about my dog to allay their concerns about having an "aggressive" dog in their rental and thankfully, they were willing to take her word. Highly recommend!

On two occasions I had to call to make a last minute reservation because other places were booked, and catnips n biscuits saved the day. Staff is super attentive, honest, and caring with my pup. I noticed at some other places, my dog gets nervous to go in when he's being boarded, but when he goes here he's actually excited. They don't put collars on the pups while they're being boarded. Personally, I like this because my pup doesn't have one at home. I can see how it might make other people nervous, but this works for us. After one of our last visits, he didn't get to receive a bath that we paid for, but staff reached out to us and told us this. They gave us a credit for our next stay.
