Blissful Buddha Pet Services - Cat sitting - Pet Sitting Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

Our first experience using this company was SO positive! We certainly had concerns of how our dog would react to our absence after being mostly home during 15 Covid months. We received reassuring texts, photos, & vids each day! The entire team is so solid, very professional and also realize having fun is important too! It means so much to us to know we can travel with a peace of mind. We can't thank them enough! read more

We have been using them for several months for afternoon help during the week, and recently took our first real vacation in 2ish years. It was the first since adopting our two current pups (1-yr and 2-yr old pittie mixes) who are sweet, loving, and spoiled for attention. The team at BB is awesome, though, and while we were nervous about the pups having separation anxiety, the overnight and daytime sitters engaged them with couch cuddles, fetch time, sunning time, and always gave us updates at the end of each visit. One of their regular sitters (Desi) handled the majority of the visits and overnights, and the pictures made it clear they were happy to see her and most importantly relaxed with her, which was huge for us being able to relax ourselves. That said, all 3 sitters who saw them during the week gave them their full attention and gave us that great communication. Full recommendation. read more

I used the pet sitting services while visiting Savannah recently and was very happy to have found this business. Helen sat our two small dogs for two nights, walking and feeding them and giving them plenty of affection. I was immediately put at ease by her gentle nature. My instincts about her were confirmed when she texted us friendly updates and pictures of our dogs sleeping next to her. It was such a relief to be able to rely on Helen and an overall very pleasant experience. read more

Tess is always very friendly and professional. We went away for vacation and Carissa was our pet sitter. She is personable and professional and my fur babies absolutely loved her! I felt completely comfortable in the fact they were getting lots of love and play times and was able to relax and trust her while on vacation! I will definitely use their services again in the future! Thanks again so much. Sonya and Reid Brown read more

Blissful Buddha has been helping us out with cat sitting for a few months now. They are extremely professional and have always been available when we needed them. Our sitter definitely loves cats and is always on time and sends a picture/text update when she visits. They leave a report card behind to let you know how the visit went and are able to perform small chores like picking up the mail or taking out the trash as part of their visit. Rates are reasonable too. Check them out for dog sitting as well - they offer a unique service where if you are on vacation in Savannah, they will take care of the dog you brought with you for a day so you can get a break. read more

I have used this service here for the last two years and I can not be more pleased with their services. I have two cats and one of them has some stress issues whenever I leave for long periods of time. Blissful pet services have helped alleviate my cats stress and they alleviate mine when I leave from worrying about my cats. They are professional beyond belief and will accommodate your needs for your pet care. They come to my house twice a day when I ask, morning and evening. They feed, water, clean their litter, pick up mail and bring into home, and they spend time playing with the pets. I get a text with photos from each visit. When I return home, I have worksheets left with their notes from every visit. They put a lockbox on the house and know my security system so they have access to your home and I have never felt my home was ever unsecured. If you're needing pet sitting, highly recommend them for your furry family. read more

Our pets are spoiled rotten so when we go out of town we want to be sure they are not only fed and safe, but want them to feel just as special as when we are with them at home. Blissful Buddha offers that extra special layer of care and attention. Even our very shy cat will come out of hiding to get attention when Jordan is there. Our dogs seem to consider the Blissful Buddha team as their very special "play dates". Complete peace of mind for us. (An added option: I gave the Blissful Buddha contact info to my family in case we have any sort of emergency and cannot be st home - Blissful Buddha not only knows the meds our animals take and what and how much foods they eat - they know where those items are in our home so family could contact BB to care for our pets while we aren't able to.) read more

I was new to Savannah in July of 2014 and my dog and cat needed reliable, go-to sitters for when my husband and I take trips, or on that odd day when one of us isn't home by dinnertime to feed our guys. I called around and talked to a few people and Blissful Buddha was my first choice! They are knowledgeable about animals--my dog is a little temperamental and shy, so the sitter said she would meet us outside the house to avoid territorial behavior. It worked like a charm! My normally skittish and somewhat protective guy took to her immediately and had no problem when she came in with us. (We've done this with other people since and it was such a good tip!) Whenever we have a Blissful Buddha sitter check in on our dog or cat, we totally trust that they will treat our guys right. They also leave behind a detailed checklist and note of what they did (cuddles, #1, #2, litter box, mail, water plants, the mood the animals are in when they leave, etc.) and a little handwritten narrative. I've always felt like no one would take as good care of my animals as me, but I think Blissful Buddha sitters are determined to show me up! :) read more

I came in town from Atlanta and am staying here with my three pups for about two months. My pets are my babies and I was super anxious about leaving them and finding a dog walker as this is my first time in Savannah and knew no one. I first saw BB pet services on a Google search. Their website looked great but who really knew if anything was good just based on that. Well later on in the first week of being in Savannah, I met a fellow shopper at PetSmart. She suggested BB Pet Services and said that she had been using them for 3 years and loved them! Let me just say, I am SO SO SO happy with their dog walkers. I feel completely at ease about my dogs being taken care of while I work. I work 12+ hour days so I have them come twice a day. They feed, walk, and spend 30 minutes with them each visit. They text me when they arrive/leave AND leave little report cards about how/what the dogs did that day. It is so wonderful. Ashley/Daniel have been watching them and Crystal will be coming later on. I absolutely love this company. Thank you so much for treating me and my pets as though we are your family. read more

So...I am one of those people that asked 501 questions before I committed to BB (i'm sorry and thank you, Crystal!). Even after I made my first reservation, I was still pretty skeptical about whether BB was the right fit because 1. My skittish dog generally hates most people for a long time before she decides they are "safe" (she is 8ish lbs and has attempted to attack giants like German shepherds and has also peed herself because she is so afraid of people...) and 2. I live alone. However, I am so thankful that I made the commitment. It's been about 3 months - Penny was a nervous wreck for the first week or so, but as the days went by, she became less and less jumpy and scared by the time I came home. Tyler and Kendra alternate pet sitting Penny and they are both awesome, and I can tell from the pictures they text me that P loves them too! I work primarily night shift and my initial problem was that not all pet sitters will come during the night to let your pup out. BB's last dog walking time is at 9:30pm, which turned out to be perfect since P usually goes to sleep around 10. Tyler and Kendra have been wonderful from the start, clearly love what they do and openly love P, and they also pay close attention to detail. They have alerted me to anything different going on with P, voluntarily taken out the trash, even washed my dishes (always the best surprise after a long 13 hour shift!), and leave me super detailed reports via text updates and paper for me to read when I come home. Aaaaalso I had a crazy night spent at the ER and Tyler was absolutely amazing about my last minute requests to check on P - I was so stressed out, but Tyler was flexible, understanding, and very helpful. If my ER story doesn't convince you, not sure what will... Highly, highly recommend! read more

Oh my goodness!!...I was absolutely OVERJOYED with the help from Kelsey and Taylor and for this company as a whole - Tess, Kelsey was extraordinary and Taylor was absolutely fabulous.  I have never felt more comforted being away from my home while my pets were being cared for - I know that going forward I will only use your amazing, outstanding services... Out of a 1 - 10, these members and this Company are an 11!  ...  Truly....I am so delayed to thank you and Kelsey and Taylor.  I have sincerely hit the jackpot.. This was the absolute best experience for my little ones that I have ever had.. I cannot begin to express my thanks. Thank you so very much again to your amazing members and for such an amazing company.. read more

The best! Our first impression was great. Nice customer service and Tyler - our sitter - was such a nice guy. Very friendly and outgoing and able to connect with our cat really well. Super impressed! read more

Our cats, Finley and Fiona, love Blissful Buddha and Tyler and Dov and Meredith in particular. They have looked after our babies several times now, and I really appreciate the daily worksheets along with texts and photos to let me know everything is going well when we are away. On our last trip abroad we had some trouble with flights and Tyler was able to help us out and keep coming to check on the babies even over our original contracted amount of days. Fiona takes twice daily medication and so this was a major stressor that was taken care of for me while I took care of wrangling new flights and accommodations for us. Thanks so much guys! read more

If you are in the market for a reliable and wonderful pet and house services, look no further! My only regret was not finding BB sooner! Our caretaker, Rachel, of our fur babies and home was absolutely perfect. We left town with a sick dog and Rachel kept us informed, sent pictures and never missed a single detail for us. We also had her take care of our cat and bird. There wasn't even one moment that we worried about our home and fur babies (ok one has feathers). Everything was done exactly as I asked of Rachel. This is the best way to have your pets and home taken care of so you can enjoy your time away.... Completely worry free!! Thank you ladies it was the best experience! read more

We are so happy with the care from everyone at Blissful Buddha. I appreciate when they did their initial meet and greet visit they took notes and really listened to us to learn about each animal. Then when we were gone we got text updates and pictures along with daily recap sheets when we returned. The care is outstanding and I trust them so much with my fur babies. We had to book a last minute trip and they accommodated us with no issues. All contact has been very nice and professional with quick responses. We also the ease of online payments. Would recommend them very highly! read more

I love, love, LOVE Blissful Buddha. My dog is really well behaved in the house, but being a helicopter mom I feel guilty going to work and have the fabulous walkers at Blissful Buddha come out daily. They walk him, they play with him, they lay outside with him, all the while sending me text updates and leaving me adorable report cards to come home to. It's definitely a luxury to have them and makes my work day so much less stressful knowing my giant baby is being taken care of. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could Can not recommend them enough! We felt like we have been blessed with Tyler! He is the right person for the job! Wow! He is awesome! He was so ready to learn and step up to the plate! We are so fortunate to have found you guys! It's definitely harder having exotics and finding a sitter, and we really want to thank YOU for not turning us away. Now, if we want to or need to, we can go and do what we want and not have to worry about the babies...what a sigh of relief! And Tyler and our 2 really hit it off! Love his enthusiasm and courage! Lol He really made sure he followed all my instructions thoroughly That means a lot! He's amazing! We just moved here from metro Detroit and we don't know anybody really so it's nice to have people you can trust to do something so important like watch your crazy cute babies. Thanks again for everything, including following up, it's nice to see an owner care so much about their business and making sure people are happy! You guys ROCK! read more

This was my first experience with a pet sitting service and Blissful Buddha was great. Tyler sent me an update and pictures each day. I have two cats who usually hide from people they do not know. One of my cats allowed him to pet and brush her everyday. I will be back the next time I need a pet sitter. read more

I needed a sitter for my two cats while I was leaving town for the weekend and was extremely pleased to find out BB had a sitter who had an affinity towards cats. Daniel - aka "Cat Daddy" took excellent care of my Evelyn and Jolene - gave them lots of love, playtime, attention, and sent me photos and updates all weekend :) I was definitely at ease knowing they were in such good and caring hands, and had somebody who did more than just feed and clean out their litter box. Highly recommend Daniel and will be using again in the future!! read more

My experience was absolutely great! I was ready to leave my cats home alone until a friend recommended them. Fernanda was wonderful with my two cats. The updates I got put my mind at ease so I was able to concentrate on my trip. Will definitely be calling for my next trip. The whole team is just great, very thorough and professional. read more

I'm extremely picky and have high expectations when choosing a pet sitter. I have 4 fur babies, two with special needs. I had three pages worth of inquiries and Tess answered every single question I had thoroughly and put my mind at ease. I spoke with a slew of their clients beforehand and was amazed at how stellar the reviews were. I have Been a customer of theirs for a year now. Met both sitters beforehand. Extremely prompt and they pay attention to the smallest of details. Easy to schedule and communicate with. Photos and updates are provided during and after each visit. My pets immediately took to the sitters. The pricing is excellent too. I recommend them to anyone and everyone! read more
