I was also disappointed with the nail service. They offered nail filing for an additional $15, which I agreed to, but the nails were only trimmed at the tips and not actually filed as expected. Overall, the experience didn't fully meet my expectations. It is a beautiful place but needs more personal touch.

My 17 pound mutt gets a full groom including a shave, and my 65 pound Labrador gets a mini groom bath. They keep our preferences on file so I don't have to remember anything. You can now book appointments online! They usually send my pups home with an accessory. This time, my little guy got a bow tie and my lab got a Thanksgiving bandana and stars on her head! My heart melted to see them dressed up. We always pick up fun bakery treats on the way out. I just wish there was 15 minute pick up and drop off parking available. It's street parking only, which can be difficult to find.

I found this spot through a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so glad I did! My previous…read moregroomer was fine, but they were terrible at following up with appointments until the last minute, which made it hard to plan my schedule or budget properly. My friend shared their website with me to book my first appointment, but I didn't see any dates that worked for me, so I decided to reach out later. To my surprise, the salon texted me the very next day asking if I had any questions since I'd registered my pup but hadn't scheduled yet. Now that's great customer service! They were able to fit me in with a new groomer the following weekend, which was awesome. On the day of the appointment, the salon is located in a small strip mall just off DeRenne Ave. There's plenty of parking for easy drop-offs and pick-ups. The lobby is small but clean honestly, it doesn't need to be fancy; it's a dog grooming spot, after all! What I really loved was the grooming area. It's set up kind of like a mini doggie daycare no cages! The dogs are free to play with each other, which made me feel so much better about leaving my dog there. Tobi was initially hesitant, but as soon as he saw the other dogs, I basically became invisible. LOL They texted me within an hour of dropping him off, which was way quicker than I expected for a bath and cut. Plus, their prices are really reasonable. They also offer fun spa packages like fur gems, fur feathers, chalk fur painting, and even hair coloring! If you're looking to spoil your dog, they've got a birthday add-on with a birthday cake shampoo, paw cream, a photoshoot, and more. The sweetest touch was getting a "report card" text after I picked Tobi up. It included a before-and-after picture along with a note about how he did during his grooming session. Every person I've met so far, including the owners, is super friendly and genuinely loves their job and the dogs. That's so important when you're trusting someone with your furry friend. I'm really glad I found this place!

He was greeted by a friendly woman who gave him lots of love and helped recommend some treats that seemed to be local and homemade. She also introduced him to his new favorite treat, chicken chips. Paw-sitive Review from Nala…read more "Hi, it's me! The fluffy one with the epic Grinch feet. I just wanted to say how much I loved my visit to the groomers! When I walked in, everyone was so kind and gentle--I felt safe right away. They gave my paws the royal treatment, trimming all that wild floof into neat little feet again. I can actually see my toes now (and my humans say I look so fancy). Not only do I feel lighter and cleaner, but I got so much love and attention while they worked. No stress, no worries, just lots of pets and kindness. If you ask me, this place deserves all the tail wags and happy zoomies. I'll definitely be back the next time my Grinch feet try to take over again!"

My…read morelittle girl is a very sweet doggie according to other groomers in the past, but a little touchy on her feet. I got a call to come pick her up and the gentleman told me not to expect what I had wanted because she gave them a fit the entire time, and it took both of them to groom her, I assume one to hold her and the other to do the grooming. As I was giving her a belly rub later, I found a pretty sizable razor or clipper burn on her belly. No wonder she gave them a fit! They hurt her, when she is only used to gentleness and love! And to make matters even worse, she is now covered in fleas! Never had a flea problem before. And for all this I paid $60! The grooming is the worst I have ever seen. She looks like I tried to groom her with no experience! Now I have to go pay someone else another $60 to get her straightened out. Bottom line is , do not waste your money with this place! But mostly, if you love your fur baby, don't put her through what mine had to go through! They can't speak up and tell you what happened.
