It felt like it was binding. I called Jeff's Backyard to ask if there is something that I can do to adjust or fix it. The person who answered said he was the owner and that he doesn't sell the BGE any longer and knows nothing about them. He said I would have to call the Manufacturer. I was sold this BGE by them and for them to just direct me to BGE is very disappointing. I paid them the $2500 and is very disappointing this is all they could tell me. Then this person I spoke with said he is a new owner of two years and there is nothing he would do to help. He was very short and abrupt with me from the moment he answered the call. Please think twice before buying from this place. You would think that he would like to keep me as a customer and help in any way, but nothing. Poor Customer service.
