SoI gave them a call to see how was I able to bring someone to check it out. The person on the phone was doing 10 things at once, talking to someone else in real life i'm guessing, talking to me, had another phone ringed and answered me and put me on pause. Even with this I kept waiting, then he told me to go on the website and upload photos. I told him, i want you guys to hear the true damages due to the excessive noise and shape. Then I guess he didn't like that I said that and kept arguing with a customer? Interesting... So i told him it's fine, i'll come to the store and you can help me there since the website wasn't even working ANYWAYS. When I went to the store took me almost an hour just to make someone come to my place. One week later someone finally comes, payed a $80 fee to bring them so i told myself it's fine if they'll give me / repair my mattress for free since my warranty. The guy looks and looked, took the information back and went back to the store. A few days later I get a email saying they're not willing to get it because of some policy? Even THOUGH they told me at the store when I bought it this warranty covers anything... Very very odd. The employees don't have any connections between each-other, and the service was truly disappointed and terrible. Long story short, if you'd like to get disappointed & scammed out of your money, go here! If you'd like to be pleased and not scammed, visit somewhere else.

It looked amazing on her but just needed one size larger. The Macy's 30% discount automatically added with and optional 25% discount with a Macy's credit card, which we declined - these department stores always try to push this. Anyways, we paid for the dress which will be delivered for free to our residence with a 30 day return policy. Browsed the men's section upstairs which offered all big brand clothing with a very classy dress suit and shoe section. The alteration area for the gowns strangely is located in the men's section. They provide a Price Check kiosk to scan apparel so that you don't need to hunt down an employee for a simple task.

Then the white knight emerged by the name of Valerie who was an instant breath of fresh air and took control and assisted me at the fitting area. Tried on many gowns and finally found a winner. The first time I bought the Beauttyrest mattress, she offered me a previous collection saying it was identical to the one I was seeing in the store, that the only difference would be the mattress cover. When I received the mattress, it felt like I was literally sleeping on the floor with barely any pillowtop. (which in the store had more material on top of the mattress). I said, you never told me it was firmer than what I saw in the store, she said let's exchange it. ("I'll make an exception") My choice was Tempur-pedic Pro - Adapt Firm US$ 3,399.00, when I went to try it, I asked A THOUSAND times don't you have this in Medium instead of firm? She said, no, Tempur-Pedic no longer makes the medium (Pro-Adapt), which I naively believed. She said the average Pro-Adapt is now the Tempur-Pedic Luxe Adapt Firm mattress for $4,299.00 with more layers of material. I was scammed TWICE. I have now opened a dispute with Synchrony Bank because of my disastrous experience. Since they are charging me $400 more for delivery on both deliveries, which based on this experience should be FREE shipping. Since I also developed bursitis, with a doctor's report because of these TWO mattresses. After that, I went to 3 other stores, Macys, Relax the Back, and I was very upset because the saleswoman told me: SHE lied. When I called and told her, she said: I don't know what you're talking about. But I have the conversation on my cell phone. Until I went to the third store, Matress King, where I was very well attended by the manager, who gave me a lesson on mattresses. Who was so attentive, not interested in selling me the most expensive product, but in meeting my needs. In the end, I bought an electric bed, and the Pro-Adapt medium mattress. End of the nightmare: they took the mattress away, and to this day I have not received the money back in my Synchrony account. Run away from this company, they are only interested in selling what suits them.
