    Ended up bringing my SuperOcean Chronograph in for a basic overhaul (was purchased elsewhere) and the staff was very professional and did a great job explaining what would be performed. They ended up shipping my watch up to the North American HQ's in Connecticut, where the servicing was handled, and I received my watch back in a timely fashion. Very smooth and easy process.

    Best service ever  great attention to details if your in the market for a new Breitling this is the place and Angel is the man to ask for.

Today, June 6, 2026, at approximately 2:45 p.m., I visited your store with the intention of purchasing a new Blancpain X Swatch watch. Additionally, I brought along an older Swatch watch that I have owned for many years. I am a passionate watch enthusiast and collector; my personal collection ranges from Swatch to luxury brands such as Bell & Ross, Cartier, Panerai, and Rolex. The Swatch watch in question was a gift I bought for my son years ago, aiming to inspire his own love for horology. The watch needed a new strap, so I asked the sales associate if he had a replacement. He informed me they did not have the exact match but offered to try a similar one. To do this, he removed the spring bar. Unfortunately, the alternative strap did not fit. When he attempted to put the watch back together as it originally was, he used improper technique and bent the spring bar. My complaint is not primarily about the associate's mistake. I understand that accidents can happen to personnel who may lack proper training. In fact, he attempted to push the pin against the wall right in front of me, and the misplaced force inevitably bent it. While it is frustrating that the store did not carry a spare part to fix what they had just broken--leaving my watch in worse condition than when I arrived--the associate at least felt remorseful and even offered to pay for it out of his own pocket. The real issue, and the reason for my profound indignation, was the unacceptable behavior of the store manager. When I calmly brought the damage to her attention, her response was to shout at me and threaten me, simply because I was pointing out that they had damaged my property. As a long-time customer, I find this completely shocking for three main reasons: Lack of Training: A Swatch store should not employ staff who lack the basic technical training to handle minor watch repairs safely. Lack of Resources: The store did not have basic spare parts to immediately resolve damage caused by their own employee's poor practices. Abuse from Management: The most unacceptable part of this experience was being subjected to a manager who was rude, discourteous, and threatening toward me, the aggrieved customer. Faced with this hostile environment, I chose to take my damaged watch and leave. I did not feel safe or well-treated, and I am not accustomed to engaging in low-class, confrontational arguments. It is deeply disappointing that, as a loyal customer of many years, a single critical interaction like this can completely ruin a lifetime brand experience.
