Did not return numerous phone calls over a several day period, where I asked for location, hours and availability of a particular item that they had advertised for sale. Will never call these people again. read more

Very unprofessional. I came upon their business via eBay. I was interested in a watch that they had for sale. I wanted to do business in person and it was impossible to find their store. I ended up calling multiple times with no answer. I found another number which finally someone replied. After I expressed my interest and intent with the watch the person did not message me back. The watch was after removed from eBay 5 minutes after. The whole business started to seem a little shady to me. I ended up messaging the number the following day, the person replied the watch was "sold". I wish they had communicated this the day prior or at least tried to help a potential customer. Maybe by saying "hey maybe I can get another one, would you be interested?". The lack of customer service was incredible. Be very weary of doing any business with these people. read more

Brickell Jewelers - Jewelry Near Me - Miami, Florida

An embarrassment to Mary Brickell Village! I found Brickell Jewelers after searching for "watch repair." The hours of operation listed online states that it closes at 9pm. On Friday night, my boyfriend and I scheduled our evening around their advertised hours and walked over to get his watch band resized. We arrived at the door at 8pm (a full hour before they are scheduled to close). A woman employee is standing at the counter talking to two (what appeared to be) customers. The door was locked so we gently knocked on the door to get the workers attention, but she refused to look at us. Then, the girl who the employee was talking to, who as far as we could tell based on her posture and crass demeanor to be heavily intoxicated, turned to us and showed us her middle fingers raised with both hands. I was completely appalled. In normal situations, it isn't fair to associate a customer's behavior to an establishment, but this was hardly a normal situation. It was only after a good minute of letting the drunk customer continue her profane gesticulating around the store that the employee realize it may be best to open the door and let us inside. At that point, the intoxicated patron came to the front door and used both hands to push my boyfriends chest and say "they are not open!" We walked around the tawdry girl to attempt to speak with the employee. The employee told us that they no longer stay open until 9, but instead close at 8pm, and unlike what they advertise, they no longer serviced timepieces. At that point, I was so furious with the way we were treated, and even if they had provided the services we needed, I had no desire to bring them any business whatsoever. From what was apparent, the employee had let in some of her friends into the store and rather than attend to customers, or at the very least control her childish friend long enough to tell us she was closed and no longer serviced watches, she sat there bemused at her friend's actions. That employee's conduct is reflective of its employer: Brickell Jewelers. Go at your own risk. read more

I bought my engagement ring, wedding bands, and a couple watches here at Brickell Jewelers. Located right next to Burger Bar, I found this unique family ran fair priced jewelery store. The main quality I look for in a store you plan on spending some real money at is feeling a sense of warmth and honesty. There is so much behind the scenes of gold, diamonds, and watches, but Danny and Mike ensured me I was in good hands. There father is a diamond master for over 40 years and has trained them well. Besides the great pieces and ring selection they have, it is a good feeling giving business to the real local shop at Mary Brickell Village. I recommend them to anyone. read more

I've been coming to brickell Jewelers for about 3 years now. Originally I first became a customer when I purchased my engagement ring. Bertha and mike helped me and assisted in creating a custom ring which my fiancé (now wife) loves. Ever since then I've purchased other items and also continue coming back for their service. They will maintain any jewelry as well and can even find you almost any watch. They have a large network of dealers they work with and practically anything you're looking for regarding jewelry and watches, they'll take care of it. Def recommend it! read more

This family owned business stands out at Mary Brickell Village because of their service and wide variety of price ranges. If you're in the mood to treat yourself (or someone else) to something sparkly and pretty, this store has something in everybody's price range. And if they don't, they'll make it for you. You'll rarely find me in a jewelry store. I get too overwhelmed by the abundance of sparkly pretty shiny objects and I can never choose anything. I walked in here during a Mary Brickell Village event after spotting the "50% Off sign" (you know just like EVERY store has in this economy). Having lost my necklace with my initial in a hotel, I inquired whether the store carried initials. They do not, but the manager offered to make me a template for me to check out. For gold, it was very affordable. I never got around to doing out however because I came across a gold sparkly necklace (with the help of my friend) for a VERY good price. This place aims to please -- they will offer you special prices, jewelry cleaning, and make custom pieces. read more

I always have a great experience at Brickell Jewelers. My first visit was a few years ago, when my mom and I were cheekily searching for the perfect engagement ring. Mike showed me a ton of different settings and explained that he could do custom work, as well -- as an added bonus, if you don't absolutely love your setting, he explained that they would take it back as their own inventory until the setting was just right. An awesome privilege for picky gals. I just dropped my watch off to have the battery replaced and was instantly reminded of the solid customer service they offer here. It's like every customer is family. read more

We bought a Oudemars watch from Brickell Jewellers in good faith . Mike could not provide us with the relevant paperwork but suggested we take it to the Oudemar shop in Brickell City Center to have verified . The Oudemar shop said the serial number was inactive and suggested to us that the watch was either fake or stolen . We returned to Mike at Brickel Jewelers to explain the situation and request a full refund . Mike turned from being Mr Nice to Mr Nasty . At the beginning of the conversation he agreed to a full refund if there was a problem with the watch . When we returned Mike was angry and decided to " keep $1000 because we had ruined his day ". All in all a very unpleasant , scary and costly experience . read more

I walked into BRICKELL Jewelers and was greeted by an extremely friendly and professional staff. I've been shopping around for a while and was blown away at the customer service by Mike at Brickell Jewler's. He was not only helpful but super knowledgeable about diamonds and cuts. After not know what I wanted he helped me find a gorgeous 2 karat round diamond in a setting that was identical to Tiffany's! My now wife was floored about how I afforded such a ring. Well I will let that part be a secret between Mike and I. Thank you Brickell Jewler's for blessing me. read more

Despite seeing all these other positive reviews, I feel the need to share my awful experience with this store. As the story goes: My wife and I had been searching for a pair of diamond huggie earrings for quite some time. I happened upon Brickell Jewelers on a Sunday afternoon while walking the dog and found a pair I thought she might like. I told the salesman that I would come back with my wife to see if she liked them. Being a good salesman (and he was courteous throughout my 1st experience) he told me that I could take them and "just bring them back" if she didn't like them. I figured that was a nice idea, as I could have them waiting for her when she came home. Unfortunately my wife didn't like the earrings and I went back to Brickell Jewelers the next day (Monday). 24 hours had hardly elapsed between my visits. I was shocked to have the same salesman offer me an exchange or store credit. I was told this is an industry standard, but it was the 1st that I heard of that; I must admit that I don't do a ton of jewelry shopping and I will know this for the future. The issue is that the salesman (on the day of purchase) didn't say to me that I could exchange them or get a credit. He insinuated I could bring them back for a refund. No, he didn't specify refund, nor did he specify exchange or credit. This mix up is not what irked me. The problem was the way I was treated during the confusion. Both the salesman (who acted as if he barely remembered a transaction form the day before) and the manager were extremely obnoxious. They expressed that they couldn't change their policy and would have to issue a credit. The last thing I wanted was a few hundred dollars credit to this store, when at the moment my wife and I were shopping for earrings which we would now be buying elsewhere. I explained that while I understood where they were coming from, I thought they were not being fair, considering I was, in my view, misled by the salesman. Only after threatening to walk out, without the earrings, and have American Express handle my dispute did the store decide to issue me my refund. This is a simple case of mishandling a minor misunderstanding. They could have righted the situation, allowing me to maintain a positive view of the store. In which case I would have been inclined to return for future needs and tell others about the great service I received. Instead, i will never return and wouldn't encourage any friends or family to do so either. read more

I recently bought my fiance's engagement ring here. The store is really beautiful. They have a good selection and I got an absolutely amazing price. Needless to say she said "yes" :) They have free cookies and espresso too. Mike was very knowledgeable and really took his time to explain the details of the rings we were looking at. Highly recommended! read more

I got my rings re-sized here. They did a great job, and it only took an hour. Friendly staff and a very beautiful store.

I had a very pleasant experience with Brickell Jewelers. I needed a gold necklace repaired and was assisted by Michael when I dropped it off. He was very helpful and informed me of the 15% off yelp check-in offer. When I went back to pick up my necklace, Danny was amazing! I am very pleased with the quality of the repair. They also polished it so well it's the shiniest I've ever seen it! Thanks guys! read more

Love this place. Recently got married and I got my engagement ring resized here. I was worried because it's an heirloom piece, but when I got it back, it was not only sized correctly, but it was polished beautifully and looked even better than ever. My husband and I also bought our wedding bands here, and the woman who helped us was incredibly helpful without being pushy. Luckily, we bought our bands on Black Friday, and we scored a great deal (50% off my ring!). I lost some weight recently and need to get my engagement ring resized once more, so you bet that I'll be going to Brickell Jewelers. They are great! read more

Brought in a few pieces of jewelry to be fixed, and was very happy with the personal service. Their estimates were reasonable, and even ended up charging me less than their estimates when it ended up being less work. Talk about honesty! The only negative was that it would have been nice if they could have given the pieces a quick shine, but not a big deal. I will definitely continue to use them. read more

They are great. Mike and his brother run the place and they treat everyone like family. Been buying and consulting with them for 5+ years

Family owned and so sweet. They clearly take pride in their work. I've been having some minor jewelry repairs done; they always call when it's complete and give you a very fair estimate beforehand. True one-on-one experience. You never feel like you're just in a diamond factory! read more

I went to Brickell Jewelers once to get my engagement ring resized. A lady helped me out and customer service was fine, no complaints. My ring was ready in about an hour which was great! More recently I went into Brickell jewelers to look at wedding bands. Michael, Danny, and Mary were all SO great. They showed me lots of rings that were up my alley, didn't rush me, gave honest opinions, and gave me a great price on a beautiful ring. I will definitely be back to them in the future- good customer service goes a long way! read more

Such a disappointment for a family run store. Brought my Tag in to get the battery replaced. When I got it back, they had screwed up all the movements, making it totally worthless. I was told, they "see what they could do, but didn't want to spend alot of money on it".. Really?? In the end, they kept my watch for over 6 months and didn't do anything to fix it. The arrogance of the owner and one of the salesman made me surprised that this store is still in business. I think, if they're taking your money, they'll be as nice as can be, but if you ever have a problem, they'll just wait you out until you finally go away. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life doing business with a jewelery store!!! read more

Ive lived in the brickell area a long time, and anyone that knows this area knows they can go to one of the many small jewelery stores in downtown, but all they will get is a lousy offer for selling their jewelerly or super high prices for items that really dont cost as much!!
