Some items were back ordered, and frankly, I think we slipped through the cracks, because when a few weeks went by, I called to inquire about when the other furniture would be in, they seemed surprised we were still waiting. When they finally came in, I took a day off to stay home and wait for the delivery, but they did not come. I asked them to bring them the next morning, but the delivery guy said he'd have to make sure his other customer "was ok with that." I was kind of mystified that they wouldn't be willing to do a small courteous act in delivering my order first thing the next day...he did it begrudgingly. Icing on the cake--I just noticed one barstool they finally delivered is used, dirty, and I will have to have it repaired...I didn't have time to inspect it the morning they delivered it. My fault. But why are they selling me used, broken furniture as new? I didn't get a discount and I will have to pay to fix it. So it's a fine place to get some lovely, unusual furniture at a fair price from some nice people. you might want to look carefully at what you get, and expect to be flexible on your delivery timeline. ***follow-up*** The owner contacted me and offered to pay for repairs we had made to the damaged furniture. She had not personally inspected it and the person responsible for the delivery mishaps and the poor condition of the item is no longer with the company. She apologized and tried to make it right, which goes a long way in restoring my good opinion of their business. Looking back, I could have given them one more phone call to give them a chance to make it right.

The second chair was 2 months overdue (6 months in all!) and came without paperwork for me to sign so I couldn't remark about the stickers on the base nor the very used and old and (crocodile (faux) leather. promoted as "jumbo" but with a seat that was only 14-inch wide seat that only a child or thin adult could fit in. There is no lever to lift the foot rest so you must get out of the chair to manually lift the foot rest then climb over it to get in. But the worst part of the chairs is that both arrived with the round metal footings so damaged that you must set these chairs on a bulky rug so as not to scratch your flooring. What a headache and a heartache. I have them sitting upside down in a guest room. not usable. Bettie Y.

Cords under rugs, etc. Way way too expensive for what you get. I heard a couple guys in the back of the store talking when I dropped by and looked around a bit. Neither could be bothered to get off their rear ends to greet a customer, so I couldn't be bothered to walk to the very back of a warehouse type store to beg them to attend to a potential customer.
