This turned out to be a great decision with the gentlemen who ran this location ensuring I had the best mattress suited to my needs (they have a bed diagnostics system that they run on you). He was very knowledgeable and did not try to push the most expensive products on me but rather one that was most suitable for my needs and that was priced within my means. The next day, my mattress and adjustable base was delivered, set up and tested, and the old mattress and box spring removed and hopefully given a proper burial with full honors. -Great purchasing experience, great product, reasonable priced....and best of all, a Great night sleep after so many years! I call them to tell them the mistake they made, it takes them over a day to get back to me. They don't do anything to try to make it right, until we call and call. THEY MESSED UP! Finally they get use the two new boxes after we waited two weeks with the clients floor unfinished and glue already on the floor. They didn't even call us to tell us the new floor they messed up was in we had to call multiple times. We had to pay for a roller. We had to pay for someone to put the flooring down. We had to take time to scrape the glue off. They are very unprofessional and one of the worst experiences with a company. SEAN is the worst. WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN with them.

They will sell you a mattress, frame, etc. The product they sell (Sterns and Foster, etc.) will not back any warranty from that manufacturer. They will refer you back to Mattress Warehouse. Now even though you have a 10 year warranty on a mattress the most you will ever get is store credit even though the warranty approval form will say "replacement model or store credit". What they do is discontinue mattress models every few years so they can never give a "replacement model". They also don't know what "equivalent" means either. So the store credit gets you back in the store to spend more money. This cycle continues. Buy from anyone else except this company or Sterns and Foster.

They dropped off the items and removed my old mattress and box spring. As I remove the plastic from the box spring, I notice some damage. Granted, it is not structural damage; however, it is damaged nonetheless. I call the store. They want photos of the damage emailed to them. I did so while still on the phone with them. If they are to replace it, the earliest I can get a replacement is Tuesday. The employee said it is just cosmetic damage. Who cares!?!? If I buy a new car and it runs perfectly, but the front bumper is dented, does that mean I should be just as satisfied with my purchase? No! C'mon man! Individuals, as well as businesses, are failing miserably at having and maintaining any sense of accountability or integrity.
