The family is very friendly, husband and wife, who are hands-on owners and will physically mix paint, cut pipe, give you advice, point you to the right aisle, and give you a variety of options for what you are looking for. Sometimes their selection is lacking, especially if there has been a rush of customers, but overall, being downtown working for many years back-when, why would I run to Lavale and have to fight lines when I can walk right down the street and get taken care of quickly. What's also cool that you wouldn't think of- they have a variety of services as well that at big box stores you'll fight tooth and nail to have someone help you and probably then just pawn it off on another associate. Here at this location - they cut glass, cut pipe, mix paint, make keys, and a variety of services you wouldn't expect. Very impressed! Will be back!

Like all the other Ollie's out there, the stock of items depend on what buyout they have partaken in. So each aisle is like a bad mixture of items that seem to go together, but really don't have a connection. And if you are looking for a particular item, that is almost always a no. Walking through this maze was not all that fun. I looked for things that I thought I needed, but did not find a single thing that I needed or wanted. The day after I began my inquiry with them, I had a very heavy hot water heater (which also serves as the energy source for the condo via an AquaTherm unit in an interior closet. The HWH had the usual input for cold water intake, and hot water delivery. But it also had a second output to deliver hot water to the AquaTherm unit: it also had a second input for the return of the AquaTherm, as well as a second return.. And it is direct vent. This unit was not available within a hundred mile radius of my house. I had already contracted for the install from a friend of a friend. Hajoca did not hesitate to sell me the unit. AND DELIVERED IT. UP TWO FLIGHTS of stairs. I also talked to three people over there. All were knowledgeable Al were on point. The delivery guy had a hell of a time getting the unit up two flights of stairs; but did not hesitate to do the job. The unit must have weighed 900 lbs. (It is a commercial unit; with extra fittings (required) and a DirectVent fan, etc. (also required). Thus the weight. They have a deep inventory. No one else had one or could find one. I was directed to them from their Richmond branch. They had four units in stock.. Use them. They are honest. They are fair. They do what they say. Service that reminded me of the 1950's. (I am not a employee/relative of them. I have received no incentives for this review. I just want you guys to know that somewhere there is a company that still values customers. Shit, it's just like 1956.)

Dollar Tree usually is the place to beat on most, not all, items when you need it cheap. This location was setup nicely and seemed organized. Things were easy to find and I had no trouble doing so. Downfall here, no cooler section. But I was still able to walk out of here with several bags under $20. This spot is kind of tucked away in the plaza, so if you are not from the area do a map search in order to find it. Employees were polite and in the mood to help. Great place to stop.
