On delivery day, I received a queen mattress, a king bed frame, a king mattress protector. The pillows were correct (how can you screw those up). I contacted the store and was told to just put the mattress on the floor, it would be ordered and delivered the following Wednesday or Thursday (I can't remember the exact day). I never got the call the night before for the delivery, so I contacted them the day of alleged delivery and they told me it wouldn't be delivered until next week. It wasn't ordered. So I finally received the correct bed frame, but 2 months later, have not received the mattress protector. I was told the mattress protector was ordered and the manager (Cat, who placed the initial order) said that she would personally put it in the mail and have it delivered to my home when it comes. I have attempted to call Mattress Warehouse in Lavale, many times they do not answer the phone. The couple times they did answer the phone, I was told, its on backorder, or I will have to call the manager, she is off today, and I will call you back. I never received the call back. I have attempted to contact the store at different times of the day, no answer. I have even called every hour during their hours of 10am-9pm-no answer. I have contacted customer service who gave me the number for the regional manager (Winston). Winston has been contacted, I left messages for Winston, Winston never returned my calls either. Customer service at one point told me that the mattress protector wasn't even ordered. I now have the number of another manager, who I have called and left a message for, still waiting on this phone call. Overall, if you would like a great experience and would like the correct sizes ordered, don't go to Mattress Warehouse.

I decided on the Mattress Warehouse of Winchester Kernstown, VA. This turned out to be a great decision with the gentlemen who ran this location ensuring I had the best mattress suited to my needs (they have a bed diagnostics system that they run on you). He was very knowledgeable and did not try to push the most expensive products on me but rather one that was most suitable for my needs and that was priced within my means. Look at the BBB rating for this company on the website first before going any further…read more You came further so let me explain the footnotes of my issue and how this company rips off customers. They will sell you a mattress, frame, etc. The product they sell (Sterns and Foster, etc.) will not back any warranty from that manufacturer. They will refer you back to Mattress Warehouse. Now even though you have a 10 year warranty on a mattress the most you will ever get is store credit even though the warranty approval form will say "replacement model or store credit". What they do is discontinue mattress models every few years so they can never give a "replacement model". They also don't know what "equivalent" means either. So the store credit gets you back in the store to spend more money. This cycle continues. Buy from anyone else except this company or Sterns and Foster.
