I saw this store listed in a Craigslist ad as I was planning a road trip to the Pittsburgh area,…read morefrom which I have just returned. I was concerned by the previous reviewer's comments about a decor that had photos of naked women everywhere. Usually such places are not comfortable places to visit. But I decided to stop by anyway because the review was quite old and the photos I saw elsewhere showed nothing of the kind. I was prepared to leave immediately if the other reviewer's comments were correct. But I am glad I stopped. No such photos were anywhere to be found. I seldom buy anything at antique stores, but I enjoy them in much the same way I enjoy museums. And this store was a veritable treasure trove. It is clean and full of nifty things to look at, including many things I had never seen before. The collection of helmets from Workd War I was worth a visit on its own. The one thing I do tend to buy in antique stores is vintage cookware. I hate to say this because I want to go back for more and I don't want to lead others to find things I would otherwise buy, but here too this store was a treasure trove. I ended up making my largest ever single purchase from an antique store. And I saw in person some cookware that I had otherwise only seen in photos. This place is well worth a visit. I am glad I stopped there, and I definitely think a hiking trip to West Virginia is in order. With a stop at Bruceton Antiques, of course. :)

Arrived to a unwelcoming sign NO PUBLIC restrooms! Sighs of disappointment.. ask the lady for a restroom she said no. Gentlemen approached me asked if he could help.. I said I doubt it I need to use the bathroom.. he said no one has a public restroom since Covid.. go next door.. that like ended 4 years ago.. after the shockingly high prices I decided this was not my place to shop. So I went got gas and ironically I got to use the bathroom get gas and made my way to a fantastic antique store named Sanders in Morgantown Wv. They welcomed me and I got to pee fantastic. Prices as well where I had a wonderful shopping spree event!
