Before purchasing, I asked the salesperson multiple times whether furniture removal was included, and she repeatedly assured me that it was. Delivery day arrives, and the delivery team informs me that no removal service was scheduled and they would not be taking the old furniture. I then spent nearly four hours dealing with customer service, only to be told there was nothing they could do. Apparently, the salesperson forgot to add the removal service or make any note of our conversation. Despite this being entirely their mistake, Bob's solution was essentially, "You're out of luck." My options were to either figure out how to dispose of the furniture myself or purchase another piece of furniture and schedule a future delivery with removal. It's incredibly frustrating to spend thousands of dollars on a couch, rely on the information provided by a salesperson, and then have the company refuse to correct its own error. Mistakes happen, but customer service should make them right. Instead, I was left with a new couch, old furniture I can't move, and hours wasted trying to resolve a problem that never should have existed. I won't be purchasing from Bob's again and would strongly encourage anyone relying on delivery or removal services to get everything in writing before buying.

Clifton, Hasbrouck Heights, & Paramus stores horrible experience. Clifton store salesman was pushy…read more Go to Hasbrouck Heights store, explain what we want and don't want. Mattress comes, it's as hard as concrete and the height is not what was ordered. Call the store explain this to the salesman. Told the salesman wasn't in that location call Paramus and speak with the manager. Called spoke with him, he was very rude. Was able to finally speak with the salesman, advised us to come in the store so he could help correct the issues. Puts in for a replacement mattress. Replacement mattress comes and it's wrong. Called and informed them it was wrong. Was told the salesman was transferred out of state, but they would have him call me back. He never called. So, we went back to the store. They ordered another replacement; it comes and it's still wrong!!! Called the store again, I was told to call the manager in Paramus. Never answered and never called back. Two days pass no call back from anyone. Called told them to schedule a pick and I didn't want to be charged that restocking fee as this was their error not mine. They pick up the mattress/bed and almost break the ceiling light in our living room. Very careless. They refunded my credit card but not for the full amount as they should have. Sent a letter to the corporate office but I doubt they will answer or do anything about their poor service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOP ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS AND WILL NEVER. Service: fairly good response from Urban Natural but the moving team damaged two door frames when moving this sofa in and more than a month after alerting Urban Natural there is still no plan for compensation and repair.

Upon walking in, I was impressed by the number of mattress models; I feel like all retailer stores have the bare minimum regarding selection nowadays. We were greeted and Felix was able to assist me in my search. Knowledgeable is an understatement. He didn't rush me, I tested out many mattresses and decided to leave the store with purchasing one. A big shoutout to Andy Reuther, and another guy - I did not catch his name- who helped me throughout the process. I ended up spending almost 2 hours in the store -- trust me, lying down on 40+ mattresses can really mess with your head (lol). After a while, they all start to feel the same! But staff were patient, explained the differences clearly, and never rushed me. Highly recommend this location if you're in the market and want someone to actually guide you instead of pushing a quick sale. See, I know going into stores - not everyone prefers that- but trust me it makes a difference... atleast you know what you don't want.. ;)

Called on the phone ( Thursday, 7 May, 2020) to make sure there were open before arriving. Once I arrived at the store, the door was locked. A sales lady was inside, she act as if I wasn't there. Finally I got her attention, she walked to the door. I was trying to asked if they were open. Again, she act as if you couldn't hear me. Once she unlocked the door and guarded it like it was Fort Knox, I asked again if they were open... she said no, no, no and closed and locked the door abruptly and walked away. I can only hope she is not a ambassador of the people of Paterson. Please, please advise this individual on how to be professional and courteous at their job.
