It was on the pricier side at $2,700, but totally worth it. Another huge plus was their white glove delivery service. For a flat fee of $349 (once your order exceeds a certain amount), they deliver, assemble all the furniture, clean up, and remove all packaging -- a true game-changer. We ended up ordering everything from them just to take advantage of this stress-free setup. We purchased beds (king and queen), a dresser, nightstands, a sofa-loveseat set, and a dining table. Special thanks to Shubhen Roy, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He spent 3-4 hours with us over multiple visits, was patient, knowledgeable, and always accommodating. Even after the order was placed, I was able to call him and add a few items before delivery without any hassle. Our bulk order was delivered on the promised date, and the team set up two full bedroom sets (bedframe, dresser, nightstands, mirror), the sofa set, and the dining table -- all within two hours. When I called to request a certificate of insurance for my building, I was treated poorly on the phone. The representative was unhelpful and dismissive, which added unnecessary frustration to an already disappointing situation.

Mattress comes, it's as hard as concrete and the height is not what was ordered. Call the store explain this to the salesman. Told the salesman wasn't in that location call Paramus and speak with the manager. Called spoke with him, he was very rude. Was able to finally speak with the salesman, advised us to come in the store so he could help correct the issues. Puts in for a replacement mattress. Replacement mattress comes and it's wrong. Called and informed them it was wrong. Was told the salesman was transferred out of state, but they would have him call me back. He never called. So, we went back to the store. They ordered another replacement; it comes and it's still wrong!!! Called the store again, I was told to call the manager in Paramus. Never answered and never called back. Two days pass no call back from anyone. Called told them to schedule a pick and I didn't want to be charged that restocking fee as this was their error not mine. They pick up the mattress/bed and almost break the ceiling light in our living room. Very careless. They refunded my credit card but not for the full amount as they should have. Service: fairly good response from Urban Natural but the moving team damaged two door frames when moving this sofa in and more than a month after alerting Urban Natural there is still no plan for compensation and repair.

You can not even test a mattress out because they have so many piled up they could not even lay one out for me to try because there was just no room to move just mattresses everywhere. There is no show room and the place is not presentable. There mattresses do not even look clean so sure they might be a good price if you're looking for a stained used mattress.
