I called to check what they had and Stevie helped me over the phone, going through all my options and what they had in stock. She had what I needed! So we headed over and made the purchase. Their FB ads for Black Friday deals got me in the door. I've always had wonderful customer service here. A friendly smile greeting when I walk in, help when needed or asked for. They don't hover if I'm just browsing. Today I was greeted and helped by the store manager, Shane. I was already sitting in a couch by the front door. I told him what I was looking for and why. This particular couch was a great price and the doorbuster was a free recliner. I showed him a picture from the FB ad and he took me over to look at it. More expensive, too plushy, too fancy for me (electric recliner, built in cup holders and hidden pull out drawer). He gave me time to mull over my decision between the two before I decided on the first couch. No sales pressure. I already had an account so checking out and paying was quick and easy. I paid extra for free haul away. My loveseat and ottoman are in great condition. I was worried they'd end up on a landfill. Shane told me that they partner with a business who receives and inspects previously owned furniture. Great conditioned furniture or stuff with good bones but worn fabricate gets reupholstered, and then get donated to families in need. Love that! I got the last pieces in stock (floor model) so delivery was as soon as next weekend. A nice surprise because I was prepared for it to be months out do to supply/ delivery issues worldwide. Besides haul away they also provide FULL SERVICE delivery. Meaning they bring into your house and set up in there room that you want. That's helpful too since it's going in my upstairs loft. I can't lift that by myself. I also purchased a 5 year warranty, which covers upholstery and moving recliner parts. Their professionalism, service and respect for customer is why I will keep coming back. Great deals help too. Thank you!

We went in asking about pricing as we had seen the same couch at another place for $800 and we asked this lady if she could lower the price, she said she could do $900 and something (honestly with all the irritation I felt of what she said I forgot the exact amount) I asked if she could do the same or a little lower of the $800 we saw at the other store. We understand if it can't be lowered we were even willing to pay the amount she told us and with a simple "We're sorry, we can't go that low" would be enough but no!! This lady told us in the most sarcastic voice " Well you better run and go to that other store because you won't get that price here with us!" We ignored it and chalked it up to her having a bad day or something and decided to leave since we were feeling irritated at this point but again she follows my husband and I as we're exiting and proceeds to tell us once more in a sarcastic tone "Run, Run! hurry and go to that other store because you won't find that price here". That was completely unnecessary!!!! She was practically kicking us out of the store! This was not the first time we came here. We had visited 2 weeks prior and we were taken aback by how rude and condescending she was but again us being nice, thought she had a bad day or something. Definitly will not visit this place again unless that lady is gone and I WILL tell all friends and family not to visit this store when that lady is there!! Furniture is good but we can find the same somewhere else where we will actually be treated NICELY and welcomed!
