We asked for the same kind of mattress I had purchased the year before. Everything went well and the waiting time on delivery was minimal. Got the mattress, set it up and that night we had the worse sleep. The mattress we purchased lacked the same quantity as the one I had bought the previous year. It was like sleeping on a hard board with no cushion. We went back to the store in Applevalley, Mn where we purchased the mattress and was told we could not return it unless we could prove it was not the made correctly ( no topper ). How does one prove that? It clearly had the topper only the amount of cushion that was upon the displayed mattress in the store was not what my boyfriend received and it was not the same quality as the identical mattress I purchased the year before. We are still sleeping on this mattress and have had to order online an expensive mattress topper to add on top of our mattress as the Mattress Factory refused to allow us to return or exchange the faulty mattress we bought not 6 months ago! Needless to say? Although disappointed as the mattress I purchased in 2024 was a dream, I will no longer be purchasing my mattress from this company again.

A soft spoken informative sales rep greeted us. Tim Clark. There was an array of prices, styles, comfort on the show floor. He proceeded to talk about the various mattresses, company history and the vested interest of employees in the company. He was like a friend in his demeanor and an owner. The mattress selection is excellent and he explained all the information on each one we looked at. They are made locally in Maplewood. We bought two orthopedic King, 14.5 inches deep with firmness rating of 46. That was a medium firmness, no pillow top as I am not a fan. The range can go to 100. Once you have a king size bed there is no going back for me. Two sided mattresses with handles allow you to flip them. Special support all around the mattress edges to prevent sinking. It was a high quality hugging, yet firm perfect and restful. Tim was patient. We never expected to buy that day But the price great and both my daughter and thrilled we will sleep better. They will remove old mattresses for $5.00 each. Yes just $5.00. Also a selling point! We are expecting delivery this week. I will update once we get our mattresses. 12 year(not prorated) warranty was a high selling point . Thank you for a great experience so far!

I purchased a Therapedic Cadence mattress and it hurt my back every night. It is impossible to know how 8 hours of sleep on a mattress will feel after testing it out in the store for 10 minutes. Having no return policy is a non-starter for this type of business. This is why places in the same Apple Valley area like Mattress Firm, Becker Mattress, and Sleep Number ALL have return policies. It's not worth the risk to buy from this store.

The staff was very helpful and answered my questions. They even helped me order my mattress online right there and helped me get the best possible deal, which I wouldn't have gotten had I ordered it myself at home. I ordered a queen-sized Helix Midnight Luxe and they made sure I got the bedding bundle with my order, which included a mattress protector, a full set of sheets, and 2 pillows. I received an email confirmation almost immediately. The process truly took less than a half an hour, from the time I walked in the door to the time I was walking out. They have free parking shared with the gym next door on the corner of Aldrich & 26th, plus lots of free street parking nearby. Decided to go in store and speak directly to salesman and he denied ever saying, to me and my adult daughter, that it would be 100.00 and that it was only for an exchange. He stated it was on my receipt and when I handed him my receipt, it was not on there. He also would not admit his mistake of selling me a bed that was not made for side sleepers.
