After a month of waiting, and multiple different stories as to why they were delayed, he told me my order was canceled and he would refund my money. After another month of excuses, he told me he doesnt have my money. He sent me a screenshot of one penny in his bank account. Ive been very patient over the last 2 months and even offered to let him make payments to me. He has now ghosted me and will not respond to my messages. His phone goes straight to voicemail and he doesn't respond to my messages. He scammed me out of $825. I'm not the only person he's done this to. Buyer Beware!

The manager tried to tell me that I should get the firm which was a bit shorter and seemed to fit me better, but I wouldn't listen, so he he did agree to sell it to me and then had it delivered. He told me many times that if I needed to return it that I could. I told him that I would not need to... Well, lo and behold I needed to return the mattress--it's too tall. I called him up and told him I needed to exchange it and it was no problem at all. In fact, he did some measurements on mattresses to make sure that I got exactly what I needed and had it delivered. Honestly, the customer service was excellent. I think he really cared and he really knew the products. Yes, I should've listened to him in the first place, but I'm glad that he was so easy to work with.

You have to schedule a time to meet one on one with the owner in the store. I did that and it just had me feeling uncomfortable. Also the mattresses were advertised as like $100 or $150 or something for full size mattresses. Then when I showed up that price was for a lower quality mattress. The one I bought that was decent was maybe $400ish plus the frame and bedding it came out to a little over $600. I should have just walked away but having set up this appointment and walking out empty handed seemed tricky to do and felt like there was pressure to buy something. Also I was the only one in the store with him it just felt really weird. The owner also does not accept returns. It just seems like the store model is using somewhat misleading advertising of really cheap mattresses. Then you come into the store and realize oh those really cheap ones kinda suck. Then you are the only one in there with him and now it feels more difficult to just walk away and leave. So now maybe you buy one of the other mattresses. I kinda needed a mattress so I just ended up buying one but afterwards I just felt gross and like I had been conned. Just gives off very scammy vibes, I'm not a fan. If you are going to set up an appointment be prepared to be the only one in the store with him. If you find something you like, great, but feel free to buy nothing and walk away if you are not feeling it, you don't owe him anything, I wish I would have.

We ended up buying a chair that was in stock and they told us to go around to the pick up area and someone will meet us back there. We waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. We rang the doorbell, knocked on the door and still no one. I finally called the front and she was pretty rude when she answered. Finally someone came and helped us. Turns out the chair we bought wasn't actually in stock like they said it was. It was pretty bad service.
