Purchased a mattress, bed frame, and bedding from here a couple years ago. It's not like a lot of furniture and mattress stores where you can walk in and take a look at any time. You have to schedule a time to meet one on one with the owner in the store. I did that and it just had me feeling uncomfortable. Also the mattresses were advertised as like $100 or $150 or something for full size mattresses. Then when I showed up that price was for a lower quality mattress. The one I bought that was decent was maybe $400ish plus the frame and bedding it came out to a little over $600. I should have just walked away but having set up this appointment and walking out empty handed seemed tricky to do and felt like there was pressure to buy something. Also I was the only one in the store with him it just felt really weird. The owner also does not accept returns. It just seems like the store model is using somewhat misleading advertising of really cheap mattresses. Then you come into the store and realize oh those really cheap ones kinda suck. Then you are the only one in there with him and now it feels more difficult to just walk away and leave. So now maybe you buy one of the other mattresses. I kinda needed a mattress so I just ended up buying one but afterwards I just felt gross and like I had been conned. Just gives off very scammy vibes, I'm not a fan. If you are going to set up an appointment be prepared to be the only one in the store with him. If you find something you like, great, but feel free to buy nothing and walk away if you are not feeling it, you don't owe him anything, I wish I would have. read more

If I could give this place a 0, I absolutely would. I ordered a sectional and was told it would be delivered to my house by 4 PM. We waited -- not just until 4 -- but for an extra hour and a half, almost two hours, before they finally showed up. When the delivery guy arrived, I opened my door expecting him to bring the couches inside. Instead, he dumped the pieces on the sidewalk. I thought it was odd, but I didn't question it -- yet. Then, after barely placing the last piece on the sidewalk, the man sprinted back to his truck and sped off without saying a single word to me. No explanation. No help. Nothing. I was left standing there, completely confused and furious, having to figure out how to move the entire sectional into my house by myself. This place is a joke. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic. They don't care about their customers, and they clearly have no problem screwing you over and leaving you to handle everything on your own. The store could not give a time of delivery. Just said "later today" after several attempts to call for a time we were able to set a time. He was over an hour late. He came down the road speeding. He dropped the couches off on the sidewalk in front of the house. He did not knock on the door. He swore when he left and sped off. I bought a Mattress and a frame. The next day, I tried to put it together. It did not fit! I called Anthony and he told me I was doing something wrong! I looked at his website, and there was not one picture of the frame he sold me for my adjustable bed. He told me he would sell it for $400.00; the bed was $1000.00. The bill he charged me was $1500.00. He is a fast talker and gets you very confused with his quick talk and sales pitch! I called the next day to return it, and he was rude, telling me, "No refunds." He did the same thing to a friend, whom I found out had been lied to about the frame. He is a bad business owner. HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY WOMAN. Because I had to give a rating is the only reason this place got a 1 star. Anthony was very rude. After putting a deposit down on a mattress, he gave me no paperwork, no receipt. After several weeks, decided to not purchase the mattress and asked for my money back and Anthony stated that he will not give me back my money, it was my loss. I am an elderly female on a fixed income, I don't have $ to spare. I feel strongly that Anthony took advantage of me. Purchased sectional from dirty warehouse, didnt think anything about it but apparenly there is no return policy in fine details. I asked if i could just exchange for something similar and he got rude stateing that once you leave the facility its on you. (My fault for not measuring or getting exact measurments) However when asked what brand it was he did not ahve any information. Have asked for the warranty information and not recieved anything. Stated that he would message me all the information. I went in there thinking this is the place. I will find my affordable bed here. WRONG!!!! He wanted to only show me the expensive frames and beds even thought I told him I only had so much to spend. He then said oh lets do a loan type where you make payments. I told him no and he still was trying to tell me its a great deal. We checked out Sleep 4 Less when looking for a new mattress. Definitely use the website or his Facebook as he does mostly (if not all) sale by appointment. It's a one-man operation, but he was very prompt for our appointment. He is very knowledgeable of what he's selling and what would work for you. He is patient and while a good salesman, not pushy about it. He certainly wants to sell you quality but understands it needs to fit your budget. For us he was able to do same day delivery and even helped us get it up our stairs. Anthony is charismatic, funny and an excellent salesman. He works on hours you need him to and was willing to set up an appointment for us on a Sunday. He reminds you about the warranty the mattress comes with and let's you know what it's going for other places. Would absolutely work with him again. read more

Friends initially recommended the place and are now deeply regretting their purchase decision. They were told financing would be one thing and it turned out to be more than double the payment. Worse place to get anything. We were so stupid to purchase anything there. We could of found a adjustable frame so much cheaper from a regular place we didn't know anything about adjustable beds so we trusted Anthony on this. He never showed us a catalog and I'm sure he ordered the cheapest frame and charged us 1400.00 for the base . I called him and of course because we have had them for 2 weeks they are considered used. We went into sleep4less and tried out all the mattresses. We found one that we thought was really comfortable so we decided to go with that mattress. It was a Linenspa mattress. This mattress came in a box so we loaded up the box and took it home and opened it and realized that it was a Malouf mattress. The mattress felt nothing like the one in the store and it was the generic mattress of the one that we had laid on and paid for. I then took it upon myself to look on Amazon and found the mattress for sale for $189 that was the name brand version. We spent $406 on our new generic mattress that is too uncomfortable to even sleep on. He refused a refund knowing that he completely ripped us off. I then had my lawyer contact him and all he had to say for himself were profanities. Completely unprofessional which is to be expected when you are caught in lies. We are now taking it to court because how we were treated was completely unfair. We recorded the whole conversation. I don't even write reviews but I don't want other people to get ripped off of their hard-earned money. This guy is a complete scam artist and he is really good at it which is scary. His response back to this will be a big twist of manipulation words and a bunch of Lies. I have no reason to dislike this guy besides the fact that he completely lied and we lost out on $400 (until court). EVERYTHING HE SAYS IS A TWISTED LIE TO MAKE HIMSELF LOOK BETTER. PHENOMENAL SERVICE. We haven't bought a brand new mattress before and were pretty nervous to do so. Right away, Anthony was personable and asked us to take our shows off and get to trying mattresses out. As we tried a few he got to know the types of mattresses we were looking at (one of us liked soft and the other firm). So we thought it would be a task! He showed us a few and knew right away which ones were in stock. He gave us great insight as to how they work as far as cooling and comfort. Certainly if buying mattresses was more regular I would come to him again and again, unfortunately all I can do is encourage you to stop by and at least chat with him!
