NOT...either was it the 2nd day. We had guests coming in and did not want to chance this happening for a third time so we cancelled the order. I was told that the credit to my card would take 3-5 days and the cash would take 30-45 days. I wasn't ok with that however, i accepted. This was March 6! Cancellation was March 8. I patiently waited the 3-5 days...nothing so I decided to wait the 30-45. What a JOKE! I called everyday and was able to speak to a customer service rep one time that told me I would receive the refund in 3-5 days....that was April 8th. I called again and again and again...never was I able to speak to a representative again. I went on the website and "contact us". Mind you, I continued to call everyday with no answer. Today is May 10th...I got a check in the mail for the cash and the amount I paid on my credit card has been refunded! The check is dated May 3! Absolutely horrible customer service! He provided for the three days that we were shopping around trying to figure out our bed. He was very patient with us and very helpful and made the process seems so seamlessly and not frustrating like normal. We definitely recommend mattress firm.
