SUCH A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS I went into 8-17-2026 store and knew what mattress I wanted and Peter was the saleman and I was pleased with him. I was to have delivery 8-20-2026 and saw they had the wrong zip code and knew I had to correct this. I called and spoke with total of 3 people and yet here I sit today with no bed to be delivered because they went to an entirely different city and wouldn't deliver. Now they are suppose to deliver on 8-21-2026 yet I have no where to sleep in my house and have to check into a hotel to sleep. I live in a senior apartment building and to say that I'm extremely upset is beyond words. I got, I'm sorry but we have scheduled routes, from the dispatch. They want to give a $200 discount for the hotel I have to go to sleep in. This is extremely bad business. While errors can be made, I tried to get the company to fix it on 8-17, 8-18 and 8-19 and even 8-20 but not one person gave anything but excuses. The company should have honored their delivery even being 35 minutes away because it wasn't my error and I did everything humanly possible to get someone to correct it. Their text message that comes with delivery time frame says if it wrong contact the store. I did this and yet again here I am at 75 without a bed to sleep in. A picture of my empty space for bed. Mellissa was so patient with me. We finally found the one I wanted and it was to be ordered. We then looked around the show room and I picked a beautiful bedroom suit for my guest bedroom. She worked up a price for me and gave me a great deal. I actually added an additional nightstand. We set up delivery for the following week but the bunkbeds weren't expected for another week. On delivery day, Jamie introduced himself and he and the other gentleman (I can't remember his name) got busy. They were so respectful of my home. The bunkbeds were here, also! It's in his contract, he can only say name brand. Also if you need a mattress set for as little as $239 he has those too, right up to $3600 mattresses for $1500! We just needed something for the guest room, so I got what felt like a "just right" mattress set for $299! And delivery fee is only $35. So, to recap, whether you're on a budget or just want to save a fortune, he has two store locations. I still can't get over how much some people will pay for a mattress, at least here you can get one of those for big savings.

I went several times to the Haynes Brothers Furniture in Orange City to find a family room set. The…read morethird time I brought my husband and we found the perfect sectional. It was on sale and they gave me an excellent price on top of that. On the way to Daytona the Orange City store called me and told me the sectional in the warehouse was an as is, so they offered me the floor model in Orange until the warehouse could get a new one. The salesman had the manager call me to verify that but I told the manager that was a lot of trouble how about just give me 100.00 off the floor model and so it was agreed. So off to Daytona looking for a recliner. At the Haynes Brothers there I found another wonderful salesperson. Couldn't find a recliner there but I found a super cute chair. She gave me a great price on it and said it could be delivered with my sectional. So now we were off to Ormond Beach store to find a recliner. I have to say that is my favorite Haynes Brothers Furniture store. My husband did find the perfect recliner and it was also a floor model so again we got a great deal from a wonderful nice salesperson. Again we were told that chair could be delivered with the rest of our furniture. So two days before delivery day I went to Orange City to verify everything was coming from all stores on the same day. My sectional had already been taken to Daytona to be loaded on a truck with the rest of my purchases. Friday they called me to give me a 3 to 6 window for a Saturday delivery. They showed up between 4 and 5. My furniture was wrapped with packing blankets and plastic for extra protection. The delivery people treated my furniture like it was their own. Such wonderful care and handling in my furniture delivery. My sectional, statement chair and recliner were all floor samples and in excellent condition and great values for me. Overall I would say buying furniture from Haynes Brothers has been an excellent experience. When I decide on what I want for a living room sofa, Haynes Brothers will be the first place I go.

The lady who helped us set up our account was friendly and honest. She answered all our questions, and was also super sweet to my daughter. The price was great. The size of the locker was very good, especially how tall they are. Lots of room for stacking. The climate control is great. Very comfortable, and keeps things like candles from melting and other items from getting destroyed in the heat. The long hours of gate access are also helpful, as are the office being open until 6:00. Next time i need a storage locker, im going back to cubesmart again.
