We didn't need to go anywhere else. If you don't find what you're looking for in their store, they have other stores and vendors that will find it for you. They also customize, specialty, carpets, and runners according to your specifications. Everyone working at the store is an expert in customer service. Which is a huge indicator for me having served in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. They are willing to make anything work in order for you to be happy once you leave the store. The best feature is, they trust their customers by allowing you to take the carpet home to see what it looks like in your room and in specific lighting. This is perfect to prevent incorrect purchases. I have a feeling we will be visiting this store more often. These are very nice human beings that run a great store.

I saw a grand opening sign on US1 and it was a mattress store. Something told me to turn around and that is when I met the sales agent Crista!! She had great prices for name brand mattresses. The delivered it in under and hour I couldn't be happier with the service I received!!!

Thanks to his absolutely horrible salesperson skills and lack of customer service I decided to take my king full bedroom set, and sofa loveseat sectional living room set elsewhere. There was zero effort meant to secure the sale $4000 which I expressed I was making, he would not call for a manager like I asked. His response was this is the way it is, I should go look elsewhere for better prices and anything else I wanted because management wouldn't do anything. Thanks Mark for showing me how much my business is viewed by the company you represented.

I needed the original design plans and the tie down instructions for my 10 x 16 shed. Which, by the way, has been a great purchase. They truly build an excellent product. The metal exterior of the shed is super easy to just pressure wash when it gets dirty over time and I have not had a single issue with the shed that can be attributed to the quality of construction. Thank you so much Chelsea and Superior Sheds!! I will be highly recommending you to anyone I know looking for a well built shed or building.

John and Roman did a great job bringing it in…read more We were worried about the placement of the shed after the fact and decided to call and have it moved back 5 ft. I had to deal with Mara for that to happen. Talk about someone who doesn't care about good customer service. I practically had to jump through hoops to get it done. She charged me $5oo to do the job. I explained to her the shed was only there for a week and I'm on a fixed income, could she help me out with the cost. She took off $100 for a job that didn't even take 30 minutes. She made me send her pics of my DL and my credit card. THEN I had to fill out a form for her to process my credit card. This was all after I had just given them $4000 for my shed!! She has no idea how to treat customers and she doesn't have any guilt about over charging them... she probably went on a shopping spree with my money!! I don't recommend doing business with this company just because they don't care ANYTHING about taking care of the customer. I will say however that John and Darwin did an amazing job moving that shed back for us.
