Springs during 2012 & by 2014 it lumped fm top to bottom. It was the kind that you cannot flip over but only rotate head to toe. We wanted a traditional super firm flipable mattress because I hate the foamy, padded, spongy sinking feeling mattresses. We found the perfect replacement at a terrific price. It's been 6 mo. & it's holding up so well we haven't had to do the monthly flip. The sales person was awesome & informative. He knew exactly what we were looking for...super super firm & it is.

However the experience leading up to the delivery with the automated phone service was very poor. No one answers the phone or texts. When the delivery window started, I got a call to say they were on their way and are 14 minutes away. About 30 minutes later I got a text to ask me to rate my delivery experience. I thought I had missed the delivery for some reason despite being home the entire time. Tried to call and text to the numbers they said to call. No answers. Then when I checked again under tracking, I saw a new delivery window for later in the evening. Called again and texted, still no answer. Frustrating and confusing beyond words. Later on, the truck shows up with the mattress. Ridiculous.

We purchased the mattress on a Sunday and it was delivered the next day. The delivery fee even included taking the old mattress with them. However, DJ was very helpful by educating me what to look for in a box spring and on different box springs and mattress types! He really knew his stuff! After seeing the difference in price, he apologized. He knew SO much about mattresses/box springs that I'm sure he would have known the cheapest items in store. However! I had a great experience with DJ and I would revisit for any other mattress/bed needs.

Walking through the aisles, you realize pretty quickly why everyone says, "If they don't have it, you don't need it." They have EVERYTHING. I went in just looking for a couple of throw pillows and a lamp... and walked out with a full cart: a gorgeous new coffee table, seasonal outdoor planters, trendy wall art, kitchen barware, and the softest bedding set I've ever felt. The displays are styled so perfectly that you can't help but get inspired for your whole space. Whether you're moving into a new place, refreshing a room, or just treating yourself to something pretty, this is the one-stop shop that actually delivers. The young gentleman was very polite with me I explained what was going on he let me try different beds and I told him that I needed a full size bed he then explained that he didn't have any full size bed there but they had a place that he can order from and they had one left and he was giving me a really great deal so I was excited he made sure that I like the bed and then after I told him that I wanted to purchase I would begin to sign all this information on a tablet and of course I was given a quite a big credit line through synchrony Bank so we signed and he explained to me he was giving me a free warranty, he was giving me a free mattress cover, and very nice and promising he said that it was a very good choice and I'd be happy they was giving me a big discount when it was all said and done they did deliver my bed a few days later set it up real nice people and I slept on that bed for about a week and I began noticing that where I laid like sinked downso I started sleeping on different parts of the bed to see if it still did the same thing and it did it left a big indentation that didn't come up so I called the customer service line and it instructed me to go on a website which kept crashing and it said if you want faster service we suggest you go on the website so I kept going on the website and it kept crashing so I finally stayed on hold for a very long time only to get someone to tell me that did you go to the mattress place you bought it from I said no I was instructed to call y'all to put in a claim and so after telling them that several times and going over it they were not listening to me so they finally took the info on the phone and told me someone would get with touch with me within 24 to 48 hours it is now the fourth day and I have not heard anything from anyone so I went up to Mattress firm like they asked me and spoke with a gentleman named Alex and he was not at all listening to what I had to say. He said I was not there and I cannot speak for anyone I said I understand but the guy told me that he was going to go to another location to work and he wasn't there and he kept telling me that he was not in the middle of the conversation and he couldn't verify what it was I understand I said but this is what he told me they told me to take pictures when I began taking pictures to send in I noticed that there was a big yellow tag and it said used I spent $3,300 on this bed. And when I told him it said used he said did he not tell you that it was a used bed it was aan outlet that he ordered the bed from. He began telling me that anyone knows that an outlet is called clearance items used floor models so you have no warranty and I said really I said he told me I had a warranty there's a warranty on my paperwork I said I want to talk to him he told me he still works there into locations and he said I will talk to my manager leave your phone number and your number on the bed which is your reference number to your claim and I will talk to the manager and then we'll talk with the guy that you talk to it but I want to let you know now just because I told you that it's not mean that you are going to be it's going to be in your best favor. I've had plenty of bad shopping experiences, especially when it comes to salespersons. They almost always are so set on making a sale they don't actually offer any support and help you actually need. Entering the store I was greeted by Tucker, who immediately was so friendly and welcoming. He put me at ease immediately and I felt comfortable right away.
