The most perfect mini sectional was staged just inside the entrance & I decided pretty quickly it was the one for me. They do offer delivery thru a third party, which I opted for. Delivery fee must be paid, in CASH, at delivery. The delivery fee can vary depending on how far & whether it needs to be carried up any stairs. I will update my review after I receive my item.

We purchased a mattress but thought better of it a few days later, and called to cancel so that we could do more shopping and confirm that this was in fact the mattress we wanted. We didn't even take delivery of the mattress. Don't believe what the website says about refunds processed within 2-3 business days. It took them 10 days to submit the refund to our credit card! Meanwhile, we returned to the store to look around again. We had narrowed down our selections to one at Mattress Firm and one at a competitor's store. This time, the sales person barely acknowledged us. So we purchased with the competitor.
