She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and even managed to meet or beat every one of the NY store's prices. She gave me a link where I was able to leave a deposit and told me how to arrange for delivery when I return south in a month. Getting a refund for their mistake took weeks. Then they tried to charge for that delivery. My original refund was less the $222.59 delivery charge. I had to take additional measures with my credit card to get my $222.59 refunded which took an additional 2 weeks.
