There are many great things I want to note about this company and this location: 1. Free delivery and same day delivery 2. Great customer service! I didn't feel like I was being followed by a sales associate while I was awkwardly laying on various beds! 3. We told them what we were interested in and they immediately showed us 3 options and they all had great deals! 4. Once the bed was delivered they were extremely nice, clean, and efficient! Overall I had a great experience with these guys and we will continue purchasing through them!

He was very apologetic and let me know that he would try his best to accommodate me. I told him that I was unsatisfied with the previous delivery service and since I live in Elgin (2 hours away) I would just come pick up my replacement items....y'all this man was soooo freaking nice!!! He helped me strap everything down and made sure I was straight before pulling off. Before, I would give this place 0 stars if I could; but with the new management, I have to say... they deserve 5+!!!

An HOUR later, we'd heard nothing. I called the delivery person, and he said, "oh, I was having truck trouble. Sorry, should have called you." I asked when he'd be there, and he said "they're almost finished cleaning my truck." So which was it? Trouble, or dirty? He wouldn't give me a time. 30 minutes after that, I still hadn't heard anything, so I told the person at my apartment to leave so he could go back to work. The mattress wasn't delivered for another HOUR AND A HALF, while I'm supposed to be at dinner with family in from out of state. He also said, as he was leaving, "I'm so f*cking rich, I don't need to deal with bullsh*t apartment livers [sic] like this." If you buy from here, never, ever, ever use their delivery.

The value at Ollie's is great. We didn't have a ton of time to shop but we nabbed an A&M garden flag for $6.99 and a big bag of Brownie Brittle for $5.99. (Now I will note that we have been "burned" by food at Ollie's in the past -not this particular location- when we bought some mint patties which were infested with bugs. So yes we are "nervous" buying food here but I think that if they are well packaged, that shouldn't normally be a problem.) Now for the service. Wow. Aimee was our cashier and was FABULOUS. She was so friendly and helpful. She got us signed up for Ollie's rewards and explained everything so thoroughly. I honestly don't know why we didn't sign up before. It's not like we shop here much but the points don't expire so we should have done it sooner. Thankfully this wonderful employee was able to get us signed up. Wasn't expecting such great service here. Outstanding.

Unfortunately we had purchased a dual recliner/love seat here and I am very displeased with the…read moreproduct. Very poor quality along with extremely poor customer service coming directly from who claimed to be the owner's son. When delivered, the product was incomplete. Even more dissatisfied was the son who delivered the incomplete product did nothing to offer to fix nor apologize for the issue. I also payed the company to remove the old couch as they not only did not complete that service, just left the old couch next to a dumpster. I assumed they took the old couch with them but as the son was too small to handle a simple task alone that was understandable. Called the next day and was told they had ordered the piece and it would be in a few days later. When arrived to the store I was again greeted by the owner's son and asked if the pieces arrived. He said no and had no clue when or if they would be in. Disappointed I asked if they would offer a refund or take anything off. He said that wasn't an option, as I was pretty much S.O.L.'ed at that point and at least I was able to put the armrest on the couch, which wasn't an option as without the brackets to hold both in place, the armrest would slip off. Intimidated by my displeasure he quickly grabbed for his phone to pretend to have a phone call and walked off to the back leaving me alone in the front of the store which was very childish. From his reaction it seems this type of poor professionalism and poor customer service he offers happens quite frequently. Luckily another employee was able to fix the issue which he just went to another store and got what was needed for my issue a few days later. Simple enough. Something the owner's son could not accomplish or handle is just mind boggling. Definitely will not and can not recommend this business to anyone as of something is missing they will not take any ownership, responsibility, nor will they (the son) offer to fix the problem. Overpriced and fualty products is why it's a discount store.

They use their own in-house delivery team and I've seen them in the store since then where they have greeted me by name and asked if I'm happy with everything. It will be 5 weeks before I get my new ottoman but no worries, I can keep the one I initially purchased until my new one arrives. It's the little things like this that make a difference. WhIle they are bit more expensive it is worth it in the long run. My first choice for furniture will always be Haverty's
