Ask for Elias Casanas! I have been researching online about the Tempur-pedic matresses and called first to make sure they had the one that I was interested in. Upon arrival we were greeted by Elias. The atmosphere was extremely professional from the first hello. Elias took his time with us as we tried several different mattresses. He was extremely knowledgeable to what our particular body needs were since my husband and I both are post back surgery patients. He watched our alignment as we tried several of the different types of mattresses and knew which ones would or would not work for us. We ended up getting the Tempur-pedic Cloud Luxe Breeze in the king size. The price was a little hard to swallow and we had "sticker-shock" but with the 120 day try-it-out guarantee we went for it. The bed is being delivered today (1 day later) and they will haul off the old bedding. We have tried a knock off memory foam mattress so we are somewhat aware of what to expect except this should sleep a thousand times better. Looking forward to a great night of sleep. Will write a review about the mattress after we sleep on it a few nights. If it feels anything after the break-in like the one in the store it should be worth the price. Thank you Elias for your professionalism in helping us. There were absolutely no pressures or "sales pitch". He was genuinely concerned with helping us find what would work best for us and give us the much needed good night's sleep. Thank you!!!! We have bought several mattresses and boxsprings from this store and will continue to come back as the need arises. HATS OFF TO YOU ELIAS! read more

Great prices, great products... even better service!! This was our first mattress-buying experience - so, we were a bit unsure of styles, brands, pricing, etc. Initially, we were a bit intimidated by the awkwardness of trying out mattresses. But, the staff at Mattress Firm definitely took that feeling away!! Stacy, our consultant, was incredibly helpful and guided us throughout the entire process. He gave us insight on every mattress we tried out, tricks on how to tell if a mattress is right for you, as well as information on mattress constructions. Also - he is extremely friendly and personable! Overall, I really felt that Stacy listened to our opinions and wanted to find the perfect mattress for us!! Great salesman!! We ended up purchasing our mattress during our second visit to Mattress Firm - both times working with Stacy. He gave us a great price, as well as arranging a convenient pick-up time for us. He also provided important information on their warranties and return policies (which are both awesome!!) When we left, we knew we made the right decision buying from Mattress Firm!! We ended up returning two weeks later to purchase a mattress protector from them! (Stacy remembered us and recommended a great product for our mattress!) I will absolutely recommend this Mattress Firm location to my friends and family who are in the market for a mattress!! read more

We recently purchased from this Mattress Firm location and worked with Kim. We had been shopping for several weeks and had a very short list when we visited this particular Mattress Firm location. Kim not only showed us to the specific models we sought but the shopping experience was enhanced as she knew when and what info to provide and when to allow us space to try out the models we were considering. We were shopping a mattress that CAN be found at several different stores (Tempurpedic, unlike most mattresses with store specific branding) so it really came down to price/deal and best sales person. We shopped Macys as well as other Mattress firm locations during our search and Kim stood out as genuine and she made us feel that our business mattered and we were valued as customers. Mattress shopping is about as fun as going to the dentist but this was actually a very pleasant experience. The store is spacious, clean and well stocked, add in a professional and pleasant sales associate and we are very happy with our Mattress Firm experience. read more

This is the second time we've purchased form Mattress Firm. Josh spent over an hour with us last week (before the big sale) and he was great. We did not buy on our 1st visit; I like to shop around. But we came back & bought a Tempurpedic from him because he took the extra time with us and was not pushy. Delivery also went well. Our prior purchase, about 5 years ago, also went smoothly. We purchased a Kingsdown "Sleep to Live" bed. It was wonderful for the 1st 2 years, but the indentions became so uncomfortable that I could no longer sleep on it. Unfortunately for me, the indentions were not bad enough to be replaced under warranty. (Not Mattress Firm's fault, BTW.) All in all, Mattress Firm has been a great company for us and we defiantly recommend them for mattresses. You also cannot beat their 100 day trail period for beds. read more

Great experience! I had no idea what I wanted, what I liked or anything - went in with little knowledge on purchasing a mattress because I am moving out for the first time. Chris was fantastic and really explained all the things to look for when trying out a mattress and explained the different styles, etc. He didn't hover over me until I made a decision, he gave me a direction and some guidance and let me take my own time (which I really appreciated). The whole team was so knowledgable and very helpful! I didn't get the names of the other two team members that helped me but they were all awesome! Overall great team, great experience, I can't wait till it is delivered! read more

Brandon was AMAZING to work with. We came into the store with an interesting situation. Our dog ate our bed. Seriously. She ate a whole right in the middle of the mattress. Brandon could tell the frustration and took the time to really ask us what we were looking for and found us a great, name brand, mattress in our price frame. I expected mattress buying to be a nightmare, but it wasn't at all. Our new mattress has been delivered and we could not be happier! read more

I had my eye on a king size Serta mattress on sale at Sam's but I needed a box spring. So I made a trip to Mattress Firm to price box springs. The sales person, Josh, gave us pricing on a comparable set. Then he matched the SAMs price and discounted another 10%! Not only that, but the set has a ten year warranty and a 100 day trial period. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Great pricing and friendly service. Great experience. read more

Thank you Stacy! We came in looking for a mattress, not expecting to leave with one that day. Stacy was very polite and showed us different beds. He asked us questions about what we liked and gave us many choices to choose from. He never pushed us into a sale and was very knowledgeable. We walked out very happy with our purchase. Thank you again and if we ever need another mattress, we will no doubt come here! read more

We shopped around for a specific Sealy Posturepedic model at several places and found it at this location. We worked with Eli and he was great. He met the price asked for and better yet, we found the same mattress cheaper online a few days after our purchase and they beat that price and thanked us for informing them of the deal we found. The delivery a few days later also went well. We were very pleased. read more

We had an excellent experience. We wanted to test out a few mattress types and felt comfortable with the protocol in place. Steven Dye was laid back and ran several scenarios value vs. purchase price that my nephew would be comfortable with as he was making his first mattress purchase. This is my second purchase from Mattress Firm and I plan to return again. read more

David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Both husband and I have back issues, so David helped us choose the new Midnight Intellibed. Delivered quickly and on time. We sleep like a rock and our backs don't hurt. Best nights sleep in a very long time! Would highly recommend Mattress Firm but more importantly the help and assistance of David! read more

I had not bought a mattress in a long time and was clueless about the process. Stacy R. helped me with the firmness and price range, and was very patient with all my questions. I tried out 10 or 12 beds before I made my decision. I received my new bed last night. Wow! Love it. Thank you Stacy read more

I went to three other mattress sellers near the Mall of Georgia before I went to Mattress Firm and was helped by Steve. Got the best deal and the best service from not only Steve but the delivery team. If you are near the MoG and need a mattress this is the best place to go. read more

Ask for Lauren, I am telling you this woman helped us so much we came in expecting to only be able afford a 200.00 bed set that would hurt. We walked out getting approved for our dream bed! No more Rent a Center ever again! It's nothing but sweet dreams for us! read more
