Let me start by saying that the owner is a sleek experienced old school salesman. I've been here…read morebefore and returned as I was ready to upgrade. The owner thinks he is beyond customer service. He pushes the most expensive mattress but then he doesn't stand by what he sales. The mattress has a defect and since somehow the law tag was removed by his delivery people, he stated he couldn't help me (he accused me of removing it) When I try to educate him about customer service he got really offended and directed me to the manufacturer. I did contact the manufacturer and they graciously are replacing my mattress as they stated that I mattress delivered without a law tag is not uncommon, rare, but not uncommon. Which is what I tried to tell him. The manufacturer stated that he sold me the product he should have taken cared of me. But, he didn't. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. He is very sleek and very nasty if things don't go his way. He thought he was going to harm me by not helping me. But, it turns out that I was reasonably correct after all, I just wanted a replacement to replace the defective mattress that was delivered and the law tag may have been removed by his delivery team. I am sure he will sell a lot of mattress and fool a bunch other people, but, Karma is real!!!!! But, if you buy beware that he will not honor any product without the law tag which the manufacturer informed me that by law a consumer can remove it anyway, which I did not know

But she was really great and was never too "informative" or pushy in any way. When I had a crossroads in a decision, she showed me a couple of options and facts and then set me free to compare and think for myself. That's how I like being treated. The showroom was clean, friendly, and easy to compare differences between brands and styles. The particular bed I wanted, she made sure of the delivery and has been very clear in communicating the delivery time and handling all aspects in a very professional manner. It is so nice to have someone local I can trust and rely on in purchasing quality bedding. I would recommend Mattress Firm in Flowery Branch, Ga. to any of my friends or family. I took a day off of work to wait for the scheduled delivery and it was a no-show! No call, no we are running late, no communication at all. So of course upset about that but the manager promised they would deliver the following week... another day off of work and guess what?? Same, no Delivery, no call, no heads up that they couldn't make the delivery just zero respect for our time. Two wasted vacation days from work, no new bed. Horrible way to treat customers, horrible communication. Then asked for a third chance, absolutely not. He also led us to the 5K mattress first and said that delivery might be weeks for their mattresses, while the Original Mattress Factory shipped less than a week after our purchase.

John Curry at the Johns Creek location sold us the mattress and he seemed helpful at first, but kept saying gift card is handled by corporate and continued to ask us to email support@sleepgalleria.com, but with no response. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They also closed the file because there are no responses from Sleep Galleria. "Your Better Business Bureau (BBB) has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. Because we are not a government agency, we cannot force a business to respond."
