It's tucked away across from the Home Depot in a plain looking building. This isn't a fancy showroom, it's a literal warehouse. But you can find some great bargains inside. We dealt with one of the owners who was personally working that day. He's able to make deals, so don't automatically assume you must pay the full price on the sticker! We found the perfect cherry wood sleigh bed and mattress within minutes. He even knocked off several hundred dollars off the price of both items as well as delivery. (Yes, they deliver to Park City and areas beyond Salt Lake City). Again, this is not super high quality stuff, but it looks good enough and feels sturdy enough. Our bed, for instance, has an unfinished back (doesn't matter since it is against the bedroom wall, but it would be a lot nicer if it was also nice looking wood). I did find the mattresses to be extremely high quality and a very good value. This would be a solid 5 star experience if not for the delivery. Our delivery guy brought everything on time (early, actually), but I was a little annoyed that he didn't help set anything up. It wasn't specified, but usually when furniture is delivered it's also set up for you. He did remove and haul away our old mattress, which we had to pay extra for at the time of purchase. I know this is a bargain outlet, so I probably shouldn't have expected full set up and maybe I could've paid extra for the service. I should've asked. You can see how irritating it was when all the guy did was shove the mattress and boxes into our room (see photos). That meant we had a full day of assembling a bed and it was NOT fun. Otherwise, this is a great place if you're looking for decent looking furniture cheap.

Plus they added on an extra 5% discount because my wife is a public teacher. We purchased three of their top-of-the-line Harmony pillows and a seat cushion. One shortcoming is that they didn't/don't keep all accessory product in stock at the Showroom itself. Because two of the pillows were in the newest 'tall' thickness (recommended because of our height and way we sleep) we had to have them shipped directly to us. No worries: they were for Christmas presents and everything arrived well in time. I add my review now because I had to use their 90-day satisfaction warranty after purchase. After a couple weeks of use the taller thickness was causing me neck pain. The Showroom wasn't able to just let me exchange products, but through customer service via telephone we were able to successfully get the product exchanged: However it was a month's-long hassle because I had to call them twice. After two weeks of non response following first call they said they had a slight delay post-holiday getting the replacement part back in stock. After my second call they sent an entirely new pillow at the 'normal' height right away and paid for return shipping, too. A couple weeks after that the 'normal height' pillow insert arrived again out of the blue--which they just told us to keep. Most likely they crossed actions from both calls due to internal system tracking or communication issues. Or maybe they went the extra mile. LOL I was inclined to give that a three-star experience. Yet I move my star rating up a notch because the issue was ultimately resolved and the other products we bought were a great fit from the get-go. Everybody in the family loves their Purple products! (I'm very happy with the pillow height now-- yet they said if the 'normal height' still didn't work for me to please let them know and I could try the 'low height' option.) And they have a lot of couch options where you can buy them in sections - so however many "sections" of the couch you want to fit in your room - and they all look great. They have a large warehouse full of couches, chairs, dressers, side hutches, tables, mattresses - and even some pretty impressive "smart mattresses" with tons of mind-blowing features like vibrating in coordination with the surround sound on your TV so you feel like you're in the movie haha! They had huge discounts on Black Friday! Our couch was several hundred dollars cheaper - we were blown away. They offer $99 delivery which includes set up - even if you have an upstairs apartment. We found that to be pretty standard for the area. This is a new location and is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Our salesman Garrett helped us on both visits and was just lovely! He's very knowledgeable, so friendly, and not pressuring at all!! Made us feel right at home. We are so happy with the whole experience here and love my son's new couch!

been looking at sofas for a whole day at those big furniture stores. either they don't have the…read morestyle that we want or the color. it has been really challenging to buy one that fit right into our places. went to this store without expectation and within minutes we found many pieces that we love. we bought our sofa here maybe under 20 mins? what's more amazing is it's 50% off the original price. besides that their service is really good, we felt we were being heard and they were not trying to just make money out of you but also want to make sure you can get the piece with the price that you want. Deceptive sale practices. We went in to find a mattress for…read moremy husband. Found something he loved. We sat down with a lady ( who referred to herself as a Wiccan- but refused to give us her name). Since we really like the mattress we wanted to find out more. The person we were working with told us we had to fill out an application with Synchrony to see if we qualified. My husband did as requested. She told him he needed to sign the form before she could check to see if we qualified for credit. My husband asked what the total price was and was told approx 8,500. We immediately told her that was out of range for our budget. We asked her not to go any further and we'd be back the next day with our final decision. As promised, we came back to the store the next day and let her know that we would not be purchasing anything. She evidently put the sale through anyway! We never received any merchandise. Lo and behold- she had put a purchase through and I assume collected her commission. We never received any merchandise nor a Credit Card. We just suddenly started getting bills from Synchrony. We went back to the store and spoke with the same woman, who says, she is the manager. She turned the tables on us saying it was our fault that this happened. We repeatedly asked for her name - she refused to give her name and said if we did not leave the store she would call 911 on us. DO NOT SHOP here. Especially if you are a Senior citizen.
