I first met David at Mattress Firm on Dallas Pkwy looking at queen Tempur-Probreeze medium hybrid mattress few days ago. He mentioned he could do sale on floor model at 45% discount...plus new "Ease" adjustable base at $499.00. The total before tax was $2973.45...have paperwork to prove and he wrote it!! We were ready to put down payment first meet but said needed prescription for back issues for taxes...I had appointment with neurologist next day with script and met him in Addison with what he needed next day. He had other person come in and waited till finish. I proceeded to his desk to get this complete but taking way too long. He told me to come back tomorrow to Dallas Parkway location and would complete the transaction. Next day at 12ish David/salesperson called and said he could no longer honor our agreement on the cost. I spent 3 days dealing with this David salesperson and have in writing our agreement of cost...an actual sales order with delivery date!! This Mattress firm franchise is a joke to deal with at Dallas Parkway and on Beltline in Addison!! I asked to speak to owner/district manager but salesperson won't give number! Warning... need to AVOID THESE TWO MATTRESS FIRM STORES!!! read more

Never. Again. Went in looking for some basic twin mattresses. The sales guy had us try a few different types of mattresses to see what we liked. Fair enough. But when I tell you that I want something basic and cheaper - and that I do NOT want to spend $1,000 on a TWIN mattress - and you tell you me that you don't want me to worry about the price and that I can't put a price on my health - sorry, dude, you have totally just lost any chance you had at getting me to buy anything from your store. Sales staff, take note. I know you want your commission, and believe me, you made that completely obvious here. But meet your customer halfway when they know what they are looking for. I know you had cheaper mattresses available because I am not blind and could see what was on the other side of the store. You essentially ignored my request to look at something cheaper multiple times and it is quite frankly insulting. I will never, EVER, step foot inside this store again. read more

My daughter and I went in to get her a mattress. She tried several and the sales people helped her with all the different choices. She was back and forth on 2 different ones. They were very friendly, helpful and patient- since my daughter changed her mind at the last minute. We had to get delivery to Arizona since my daughter goes to school there and he was able to confirm a delivery time and date with no problem. Patrick was a great help, definitely next time we need a mattress will come here! He knew a lot about the different styles and never tried to get me to go more expensive since he knew what price range I was looking for. Recommend for sure! read more

Mike was more than helpful with finding a bed. No one likes to shop for a bed but he made the experience WONDERFUL. Mike listened to what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and he delivered! I was within my budget and got a great deal. If you are looking for someone who isn't going to just "SELL" you a bed, but listen to you and get you into the right bed for your lifestyle... Mike is WONDERFUL!!! You WON'T be disappointed!! read more

I just went to the store with my dad to help him select a mattress. Patrick helped us out and the service was outstanding. He right away asked us what we were looking for and started showing my dad mattresses that were in his price range. He was knowledgeable and did a nice job explaining to my dad what each option offered. He was very friendly and his service was very quick and efficient. We will definitely come to Patrick in the future!! Highly recommend! read more

In 2010, my husband didn't want to lug a mattress and went there to buy one. They are great on sales and delivery, but he purchase the Haynes Plush King set for $1,400.00 and the mattress and box springs are CRAP! I can't move the "thing" as it folds into a pile of mush. We've had it three years and since the first year it has folded over on the top plush part. Their satisfaction guarantee meant paying an arbitrator more money. We purchased a second one at E. Lake in Bloomingdale (a month after first purchase) and the first year it sunk in the middle (my son weighs 160 lbs.). That was a $500 Rising Star set. Save yourself the trouble, go to Sams and buy a set. You may have to move it yourself, but we've had our other king for 15 years without a problem and everyone that slept on it loved it. read more

I worked with Chip. I really didn't care for his salesmanship. When I asked him for his opinion because I had a bad back he told me he was not a doctor. Well he's supposed to be an expert in his field. I guess not. I purchased a mattress anyway. When I got home I thought it was a little high for what I was getting. I called him back to cancel and he offered me another $100 off not to cancel. I thought about it and I told him no to just cancel it. I told him to void the sale so I would not be charged on my debit card. He told me he would and he sent me a receipt on my e-mail. First off he told me the price he originally told me was the best he could do. If that's the truth then why did you come down another $100 when I wanted to cancel. If he would of told me the cheaper price originally then I might if not canceled. I didn't like the way he did business. I checked on my bank account the next 3 days and I was charged that money. I called Wednesday and Chip was off and I talked to a Mark and he told me chip will not be in till Saturday. Before I could tell him my problem he started to yell at me that he was there when he canceled my order. I told him it's still has not been refunded back to me. He told me it takes 15 days to be credited back to me. I told him I never heard such a thing. His response was that's the way we do business. I then called customer service and they told me accounting has to approve a refund before it can be refunded. What a scam!!!!! If that's the way you do business then you just lost mine. Your nothing but scammers!!!!!! Buyer beware, read more

Today we're in the store shopping for 2 mattresses and were greated by Nick. We picked out 2 mattresses we liked, Nick gave us a pice but we needed time to think. We came back to the store an hour later to buy both mattresses but Nick refused to sell them to us for the pice quoted. The new price was over 100 more then the original. Not cool, we left....we will not be back. read more
