We checked online for a bed frame and found one for under a thousand on sale. We talked to them, they sent pictures and when we got to the store my partner loved it. When doing the final sale they came back and said the wrong price was placed on their site. Now don't blame the person that is not there, to defend themselves. I didn't make a fuss, or demand that they give us the advertised price, but we assumed they would have given us some sort of a deal on the "new price". Nope, nothing. I was stuck between a Dunlop and Talalay mattress, so I ended up going home to think about it. Daniel didn't try to sell me on the mattress that day, I'm sure he knows these beds sell themselves. I came back the following weekend to order the Talalay mattress. It arrived 2 days ago and I haven't slept better in years. He didn't approach us at first (he was on a telephone call) so we got to browse a bit before hand. When he was free, he asked what we were looking for and if we needed any help. We did. He explained to us what the best kind of mattresses were for side sleepers and what were best for back sleepers. He showed us the different coils that came in the different brands. He was sooooo helpful! We laid on a few different mattresses and figured out what we liked best. They had some great sales on too. The one we liked best was even one of the sale items! We didn't buy anything right then and there but we did take a business card and I know that when we decided to buy that mattress, it's him we will be going to see. We went there and started browsing through the shop. A salesperson came right up to us as we walked in the door and I thought "Uh oh, here we go... this guy is on commission." He walked us through the showroom asking us questions and inviting us to lay on the beds. We made it clear right up front that we were looking and even when we were buying, we didn't have a lot of money to spend. I am used to relaying this information to salespeople and then being ignored, but he continued to be just as helpful as when he thought he had a sale in the bag. He showed us some more inexpensive mattresses and gave us his card and told us about the sale and how long it would continue for. When we do go get a mattress, I will be coming back here.
