It was extremely soft and compressed to less than 20% the original size. Sleep country won't let me return it. They also deleted it from my account so I can't review it. When I contacted the chat help they said I would have to submit my review to customer service via email. Despite the auto response email saying they take customer concerns very seriously and respond to every one within 2 business days they never gotten back to me. They have however posted several new rave reviews of the pillow I bought. Curious how everything on their site has 4.5 star ratings and above. I guess a strict no returns policy and censoring reviews is good for business. I then posted a negative review on Facebook and then they go back to me. They said that they couldn't post the negative review because they thought that the pillow might be defective and that I should bring it too a store to have it inspected. They also said that I could get a gift card for 50% of the value of the pillow if I wanted it. I replied that I would a month ago and still haven't heard back from them.

The one we had in mind was not at this outlet, but "Rico" showed us quite a few different models. and even took us into the back to see some new product that still had to be put on the floor. There was one that we were considering. He went out of his way to get staff to power it up. We had to leave but he suggested we come back the next day and he would talk to the manager. Well we did and the price was excellent and they could deliver it in 2 days. Between the very helpful staff and the accommodating manager, I think we will make it our practice when looking for furniture, to go to this outlet before the regular big box stores! Thanks to Rico!

i was in the market for three new beds and boxsprings to replace the ones I had. The staff at the…read moreSt. Albert location were very friendly and helpful. The issue i have is with the delivery team. When they first delivered the mattresses, they banged and marked up walls in my house that were freshly painted (i.e. the painter was there and actually took pictures and sent them to me - he told the delivery guys that they smucked the walls and their response was to laugh and say no we didn't). Dealing with the store, they said they would credit me for the damages. he issue then was I should have ordered low profile box springs for 2 of the beds (a king size and a queen size bed). So it was no problem to exchange these. The issue again was the delivery team. Because I live 6 min from the store (just outside of St. Albert) i had to have a different delivery team and unfortunately the two that came to exchange the box springs were the same two that banged up my walls the first time. The problem is the beds were set up from when they originally delivered the beds and box springs. Due to Covid you have to have the box spring that you want exchanged bagged up. As a female, it is almost impossible for me to move a king size box spring into a bag - so the delivery team, refused to pick up the original box springs and deliver the new box springs because of this. I now have to reschedule a delivery, and because of where I live, it takes longer than if I lived in St. Albert and again, I will have to deal with the two guys who I'm sure will do anything to make life harder for me because I complained about them the first time. I honestly don't know if I would order anything from the Brick again if i have to deal with this delivery team. And short of hiring someone to bag the box springs for me, i think I will be stuck with a bed that is basically counter height and impossible to get into without a step stool - and its not just me who feels this way, friends and family laugh when they see how tall both beds are and because of this issue, I have been unable to move back into my house as I don't have a bed that I can sleep on. Again, the only reason for the low rating is the delivery team and the crazy guideline that you have to personally bag your "old" box spring (and this one is new and has only been touched by the delivery team themselves.....

Best sleep ever, my partner and I both have back problems and on this mattress there are no issues. The next issue regards pricing. We checked online for a bed frame and found one for under a thousand on sale. We talked to them, they sent pictures and when we got to the store my partner loved it. When doing the final sale they came back and said the wrong price was placed on their site. Now don't blame the person that is not there, to defend themselves. I didn't make a fuss, or demand that they give us the advertised price, but we assumed they would have given us some sort of a deal on the "new price". Nope, nothing. So no sale on their part, conclusion: check pricing before going in to buy.

I prepared myself with as much knowledge about mattresses as I could, so as to not be sold by some sleezy mattress salesman that's better at deceiving than presenting facts (looking at you Big Box Stores). After walking into the store and heading straight towards the latex mattresses, Daniel (the owner I believe) came over and started describing the mattresses. Where they were made, how they were made, etc.. I could tell immediately that he was extremely knowledgable and cared about selling a quality mattress that would last a long time. I was stuck between a Dunlop and Talalay mattress, so I ended up going home to think about it. Daniel didn't try to sell me on the mattress that day, I'm sure he knows these beds sell themselves. I came back the following weekend to order the Talalay mattress. It arrived 2 days ago and I haven't slept better in years. If you're looking for a top quality mattress made with the best materials to the best standards and a team of sales people that are equally as good, then look no further. Do yourself (and back) a favour and stop in here for a lay down.

X-L is one of two dealers of Flexsteel sofas in Edmonton. The other is Finesse. Consumer Reports rated Flexsteel as one of the "best buys" in sofas, which is initially why we sought out X-L. Where X-L really satisfies is customer service, which i have seen lacking from a number of other, larger furniture stores in this city. Prices are presented up front and include delivery. X-L set proper expectations as far as when they could have the couch delivered to me, contacted me once they received it from the factory (it was custom-built for us), and delivered it at a precise time.
