Mike showed me prices and I told him I will be back when the time was right... not once did he try to upsell me...not once did he sound like a car salesman... i really appreciated that. Fast forward to May ( 2 days ago) we went to a few places for quotes and then went to go see Mike and LARRY ( or your mattress is free) Larry wasn't there lol. We didn't tell Mike any of the other quotes we just told him what we wanted and see what he came up with for us. I'VE BEEN VERY HONEST WITH MY YELP REVIEWS GOOD OR BAD...SIT AND SLEEP HAD THE BEST PRICES. Mike came back with a price that none of the other places could have came close to. MIKE SERIOUSLY THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE ( all my questions) AND PROFESSIONALISM. And fyi our new bed ended up being about 1 1/2 inches higher than our old one, so now I need a stepper lol but I love love love how high it is. Thank again Mike. Also we had next day delivery and the 2 guys that delivered our mattress was on time and was quick with setting everything up. I walked out with a great purchase including a very sturdy frame instead of the regular frame, a free mattress protector and free delivery. Easy setup - messed up the abracadabra pull the plastic out of the mattress engineering trick but beautiful day's sleep in the end (I work the night shift). Will be sleeping good as long as the bed lasts - not known brand but made in America around the Los Angeles area - 10 years is good enough as other brands like Sealy, Posturepedic and Stearns and Foster. Customer service and product is perfect and wonderful for a small towner.

Although Tempur-pedic mattresses are expensive, we have found them to be worth it. I do not believe the stores have any control over the price of a Tempur-pedic. So what will the $100 store credit get us ....???? A small rubber desk plant was $39! Not happy customers. My husband has to be at work @3:30am! They barely left after 8:25pm. On the delivery day, they were about an hour late but notified us that they would be running late before our delivery window closed. When delivered they set the bed up quickly and moved in and out of our house very quickly. This was a great experience from start to finish.

Despite the listed information, this appears to be more of a hobby than a real business, for the…read morefollowing main reasons: 1) Although there are "business hours" listed (M-Sa 9-9) on Yelp and elsewhere, it seems that the real hours are determined by the owner, apparently by calling ahead. This leads me to the next reason... 2) There is no true business address. The address given (again, on Yelp and elsewhere) is a storage center. Apparently, this is indeed where the owner keeps his stock, but that means that he isn't there on a regular basis to allow for viewing of that stock. As to the stock itself... 3) On Craigslist and other sites, Ortega's is listed as having bedroom furniture/futons as well as mattresses. However, when I called the number while sitting outside of the storage center (and discovered the information above) the owner denied that he sold anything beside mattresses and seemed unaware of said listings. For the reasons above, and since the owner seemed rather unapologetic for the time wasted in determining the true nature of his "business", I would advise Yelpers and others to save your efforts and find a real dealer.

Instead, we've been dealing with an adjustable base that squeaks constantly every time we move. It's loud enough to wake us up throughout the night, making it impossible to get restful sleep. After filing a warranty claim, Servco told us the squeaking is "normal." For a $5,000 bed, that's extremely disappointing and not what we were led to expect. After months of back-and-forth, they eventually said they would issue a credit for our purchase. Three months later, we still haven't received anything. We've been bounced between support with no resolution, spending a lot of time following up and getting nowhere. When you spend this kind of money, you expect both a quality product and a company that stands behind its warranty. Instead, we've gotten delays, conflicting answers, and no resolution while continuing to deal with a defective base. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had, especially given the price and warranties involved
