When my wife and I got there, Josh helped us and made the whole process easy. We had a general idea of what we wanted and what we didn't want, and he walked us around to several different mattresses, explaining the differences in brands, features, and pricing without ever pushing us toward anything. He had us actually lay on multiple beds, answered all of our questions, and gave solid recommendations based on what we were saying. What really stood out was how low-pressure it all was. Josh was just as happy to show us clearance mattresses in the back as he was the higher-end models on the floor, and we never felt judged or rushed. Mattress shopping usually isn't fun, but this honestly was. We narrowed it down to a few options and ended up buying one we're really happy with. Overall, great experience and a great team. Upon the light turning green he raced up next to me, flipped the bird (as he was taking up two lanes of traffic - a turn lane and a drive lane) and then at the last moment swerved out of the turn lane into the drive lane. He was a truly gross representation of this company. If I was in need of a mattress or furniture, his behavior single handedly would keep me away. Gross road behavior and even nastier behavior toward a woman.

And even though it was about 2 weeks later, the delivery guys (who we are sorry their name slipped our mind), had given us a window of between 11 and 12 to bring the items, they came at 11! The delivery guys work directly for Discount Furniture Gallery and were an amazing! They even took our old furniture downstairs for us! They assemble the furniture and left behind no trash.
