It's compared to tempur pedic. I got the medium firm while she got the firm. I'm used to a pillow top but lately it's been hurting my hips a lot. Love the fact you can raise and lower the head and feet. Eric came and delivered it this morning. He was very nice and did the old bed tear down and new bed install within an hour. He took away all the trash too. I highly recommend this place! It's nice doing business with local folks. You also get 120 days to try it or exchange, if your not happy. We liked it and when we asked about the price it was only 20% off, where almost everything in the "clearance" section was 50% or more. It's all about the money to them, not the customer.
