My significant other already had the bed set in place for me ready to get in, when I began laying down in the bed the head part of the bed went flat and drop down the plastic part underneath broke. I already go to a pain management, physical therapy and a regular doctor and I have to take several different medications for my Medical conditions. This was very bad for my back I have bulging disc in my back an intervertebral degeneration and vertebrates leaking fluids. So this did not help the situation at all. I come to talk to the manager nicely to see what needs to be done to get us in that other bed and have this bed removed out of my house that caused me so much pain. Now I have broke in my home garnit warranty is getting it fixed I have had it less than 100 days. I begged and pleaded with him. I ask, " this how you treat your customers? I cried I ask for a better bed?" I poured water on his desk. This manager cuss me for a (Bi*cth, cuss me for all sorts of names & tells me to get the f*ck out of his store & escorts me to the door) Now I know you can get sued if you lied about people or you go over board on reviews. But, this is all the truth.

Upon walking in the store we immediately noticed very strong air freshener smells, but didn't think anything about it. We left the store with the two pillows, put them in the car, and continued shopping. We returned to the car about 20 minutes later to find that it wreaked of a very strong smell that smelled like mildew and manure combined! We thought it was the packaging the pillows were in so we threw the packaging away. The pillows still smelled two days later so we tried to get the store to exchange them. They refused saying the smell would go away in a few days. It has been three weeks and they still smell so bad that you can't be in the same room with them! We now know why the store keeps so many plug-in refresheners. Do NOT buy any pillows from this store! Mattress Depot obviously does not stand by the quality (or lack thereof) of their merchandise.

She was thinking it was the motor that needed to be replaced and was ready to have to buy another one. ( She purchased her bed at least 3 years ago). I called the store and was told that their maintenance guy, Doyle, would call me the next day. The next morning I received a call from Doyle stating he was in another town going on other calls but he could talk me through resetting the remote instead of me having to wait till around 4-5pm. I explained I was not at my moms house yet, he said no problem, just call me when you get there and I can talk you through it. I called him about 2 hours later and once he explained the steps to take with the remote, it started working again. He explained that my mom must have pushed too many buttons and the child safety feature set in. He also told me to keep his number and if/when it happens again to just call him back and he will talk me through the steps again!! EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!
