My significant other already had the bed set in place for me ready to get in, when I began laying down in the bed the head part of the bed went flat and drop down the plastic part underneath broke. I already go to a pain management, physical therapy and a regular doctor and I have to take several different medications for my Medical conditions. This was very bad for my back I have bulging disc in my back an intervertebral degeneration and vertebrates leaking fluids. So this did not help the situation at all. I come to talk to the manager nicely to see what needs to be done to get us in that other bed and have this bed removed out of my house that caused me so much pain. Now I have broke in my home garnit warranty is getting it fixed I have had it less than 100 days. I begged and pleaded with him. I ask, " this how you treat your customers? I cried I ask for a better bed?" I poured water on his desk. This manager cuss me for a (Bi*cth, cuss me for all sorts of names & tells me to get the f*ck out of his store & escorts me to the door) Now I know you can get sued if you lied about people or you go over board on reviews. But, this is all the truth.

My husband and I purchased a queen mattress and two VERY expensive pillows from Mattress Depot…read moreabout three weeks ago. Upon walking in the store we immediately noticed very strong air freshener smells, but didn't think anything about it. We left the store with the two pillows, put them in the car, and continued shopping. We returned to the car about 20 minutes later to find that it wreaked of a very strong smell that smelled like mildew and manure combined! We thought it was the packaging the pillows were in so we threw the packaging away. The pillows still smelled two days later so we tried to get the store to exchange them. They refused saying the smell would go away in a few days. It has been three weeks and they still smell so bad that you can't be in the same room with them! We now know why the store keeps so many plug-in refresheners. Do NOT buy any pillows from this store! Mattress Depot obviously does not stand by the quality (or lack thereof) of their merchandise.

The time we spent in the store, he talked down to me and my wife in a very sarcastic manner. I have never been treated this way anywhere! We walked out and went next door to the Sleep Depot where we were kindly greeted and spoken to and made our mattress purchase there.I would highly recommend avoiding The Sleep Center!!!! Go to The Sleep Depot next door instead. By the way, I am in no way affiliated with The Sleep Depot. I am just a very insulted customer wanting to warn future mattress buyers to stay away from The Sleep Center.

I live in the San Antonio, TX area, but was trying to buy a new mattress for my son in Spanish Fort. The online experience was clunky and didn't answer questions I had so I made the call, and Katie (the store manager) put me in touch with Matthew. He answered every question, offered great advice, and pricing was excellent. He seemed to really want to help and was communicative throughout the process. We accomplished everything I wanted to and in under half an hour. It was painless and simple - or at least it was with Matthew on the job. Thank you, Matthew, and Ashley Furniture in Spanish Fort. I appreciate everything and will certainly keep you in mind should I buy any other furniture for my son. :)
