I already go to a pain management, physical therapy and a regular doctor and I have to take several different medications for my Medical conditions. I come to talk to the manager nicely to see what needs to be done to get us in that other bed and have this bed removed out of my house that caused me so much pain. I cried I ask for a better bed?" I poured water on his desk. We thought it was the packaging the pillows were in so we threw the packaging away. The pillows still smelled two days later so we tried to get the store to exchange them. They refused saying the smell would go away in a few days. It has been three weeks and they still smell so bad that you can't be in the same room with them! We now know why the store keeps so many plug-in refresheners. Do NOT buy any pillows from this store! Mattress Depot obviously does not stand by the quality (or lack thereof) of their merchandise.
