Lamont greeted us cheerfully as we entered the store and asked a few questions about how we slept, etc. Afterwards he guided us to a few mattresses to test out and even some pillows which he provided a cover for our heads. Lamont shared information about the Labor Day sales, which helped us find a match within our budget. He helped us with the checkout process and made sure everything was correct for delivery. I highly recommend purchasing a mattress from Mattress Firm. Delivery-original time was set at 10a-12p. The delivery guys came at 9:32a! Very punctual and quick removal of old mattress and setup of new base & mattress.

We were just starting to look for a new mattress and had intended to go to several mattress stores but we just happened on Mattress Warehouse first and found all our questions (even the ones we didn't know we had) answered. We enjoyed the computerized assessment of our sleep needs to compare my husband and I, and with those results Peter showed us the beds that should work well for us. We tried a large variety in price over about 1.5 hours and decided to come back one more time to ensure our choice; the second time we briefly tried our top 3 again and made an easy decision. There was a good sale and we felt we got a great mattress at a good price. We have had our mattress for a month now and love it.

Homebridge Design is a unique furniture store. Many of the products are from their primary…read morebusiness of home staging. The furniture that they stage with is of a very good quality and as the staging does not really cause any damage to it they sell it. Their prices are very competitive, they also sell products that have not been out on staging projects. They have in-house designers and they work with many people in the design trade. Actually that is probably why no one else has ever rated them, I think the designers want to keep this place their own little secret. They sell many medium price range products, whether it is upholstery or case goods. They have their own delivery service or you can pick it up yourself. I believe I even saw someone who was special ordering a dining room set and a sofa for their house. I don't really know much about their staging business though given the amount of merchandise that they had in the store, they must be very busy with new home builders and those who have to stage their homes for real estate purposes. It is definitely worth a visit.

They were expensive, but worse, they made her back hurt. They were way too firm. So we landed here to try a third time. Alena hooked my wife up on some test bed (seemed like a sci-fi Rube Goldberg scam machine). It recommended a bed type. And... Based on the assessment, Alena recommended two beds, one fairly inexpensive and one quite high in price. They both felt good, but the expensive one was awesome. Alena worked with us on price, and my wife slept like a teenager this week. Much improved comfort sleeping and less pain in the day. Even the delivery crew was fast, polite, and professional. In 15 years (or so), we are coming back to buy another mattress.

This was one of the worst retail experiences that I have ever had…read more On 8/7/26 I ordered a full size bed (memory foam mattress, black bed frame, and black headboard) at the Mattress Warehouse store on Walnut St in Cary NC. Delivery was schedule for Tuesday 8/18/26. On 8/18/26, Mattress Warehouse failed to show up. When I called to ask why I was told that the mattress was out of stock. I was not notified. Delivery was rescheduled for one week later on 8/25/26. Because of the missed delivery on 8/18/26, I called Mattress Warehouse on Monday 8/24/26 to verify that I was on the schedule for Tuesday delivery. I was told that I was not on the schedule because the mattress was still out of stock. Again, I was not notified. When I said that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund Mattress Warehouse offered to upgrade, at no cost to me, to a better mattress that was in stock so that the 8/25/26 delivery date could be met and I accepted this offer. On 8/25/26 Mattress Warehouse attempted to deliver the wrong bed. The bed frame and headboard were gloss white (not black as I ordered). The mattress was full size and the bed frame and headboard were twin size. (I ordered a full size bed.) I refused delivery and cancelled the order. Although they charged my debit card within 24 hours of accepting my order for the bed, it took 3 weeks to get a refund. They held over $1900 of my money for 3 weeks after I cancelled the order. I will never go to Mattress Warehouse again.

We paid up for a "what we thought " was a good quality product from a reputable furniture company. The sectional already looks like it's 20 years old. Important for my disabilities, as I had donated two feather down combo sets that were too hard, and could not afford another set. I noted upon arrival that the seats were hard as rocks while the delivery men were still in front of the house and called asking for our salesperson or a supervising person post haste to no avail. When I finally reached her, days later, she told me I must be reading the numbers on the cushions wrong. We finally brought the entire seat of one cushion in and she was stunned, stating she had no idea where it came from. LONG STORY SHORTENED-SHE WAS STILL ORDERING A FOAM THEY NO LONGER CARRIED. Bassett offered to exchange for feather and down, but the man brought 3 seat cushions, said he would reorder about12 to 16 weeks. Now almost a year since delivery and we call, but again hold for an hour and hang up on us as we had initially( not mentioned because it took too much space). Went to store and the friend of now gone salesperson read our computer print out that CLAIMED the feather and down cushions were installed. A bold faced LIE. Chair cushions do not fit my sofa. We had planned to try and sell it so we could buy something I could sit on instead of just my bedroom chair as I did for the previous winter. She was to call us about putting the softer fiber, like the back, in the seats. We called once since and got nothing. Now a second year of no visitors during the holidays because there are blankets on the sofa and chair I do not use because they hurt. Pretty to look at, but not what we ordered. Breach of contract obviously, but they chose to ignore us. Maybe they dislike physically disabled or knew I was military by my bank choice. Do not pay cash or bank transfer as they are no longer the company they used to be.

We had hope to have a couch for Thanksgiving and definitely need one for X-Mas as we are hosting family. Seeing as Joybird completely messed it up, we cancelled it and after a lot of research we decided to visit a Lovesac Store. We went to the Crabtree Mall store and were welcomed by Sydney, who was extremely helpful and gave us a ton of information. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but we literally changed everything. Sydney was also very patient in dealing with my fiancé's and I bickering over what cover color, type of cushion, and number of seats we wanted. The manager (sorry I forgot her name) was also there and was also very helpful in giving us a ton of insights on color and info related to how pets would react to the couch. We left the store very satisfied with the service, but still a little skeptical of their claim to have it delivered within 1-4 weeks (this was the Monday before Thanksgiving). We were AMAZED when 6 DAYS later (Sunday after Thanksgiving) during a pandemic and Holidays the FedEx truck pulled up to deliver every part of our couch! This is by far THE BEST COUCH I have ever sat on. Yes, putting it together was time consuming, but totally worth it and you learn everything you need in order to change the setting you want. I could not recommend this couch and the Crabtree Mall store enough! Note: we decided on the Lovesoft cushion, deep seating, and the grey chenille cover.

He sets a relaxed, professional, and helpful tone to the browsing and buying experience with his products. Let us explain. We were walking along at the NC State Farmers Market and by chance saw 2 bar height chairs front and center calling our name to sit and relax a few minutes. It was hot, we were tired. You can begin to see where I am going here. These Pawleys Island Bar Height Chairs connected by a Tete-A-Tete were not only eye catching, but very comfortable and easy to get into. My companion and I began envisioning where it would work in our outdoor space. For us, it was going to be unique in that we wished for it to sit inside our carport at the back beside our door entrance. Michael came over just in time, no pressure, and invited any questions. Our primary concern was space and dimensions. We shared that we wanted to return home, measure the space with the dimensions he shared with us, and decide whether it would be a good fit as well as design for our space. He was fine with that along with sharing details and his experience with styling and color. We returned the following weekend to his company with purpose. We purchased the Sunrise Bar Height Chairs and Tete-A-Tete. A style different than what he had on display. No worries. We special ordered the Black and Cedar bar height chairs and the tete-a-tete style color we chose was Cedar. Michael reminded us it would be a waiting period of 4-6 weeks which we were fine with. In addition, Michael was happy to deliver and assemble the chairs to the tete-a-tete for a nominal fee. Mary and I could go on and on with what a wonderful purchase experience this was but let me close with saying Michael Hagan and his company are spot on and customer focused. He sells a quality product handcrafted in the Carolinas at Pawleys Island. We LOVE our Sunrise Bar Height Chairs!!! Thanks Michael :).
