I'm not the kind who after making a researched decision changes my mind several times before the deal is done. But I did here, and customer service never gave attitude about it. There was a no pressure sales staff that allowed all the time I needed to look but yet remembered to periodically find me to ask if I had questions. I asked lots of questions, and in most cases, they volunteered info before I could ask: from where the mattresses were made (here in NC); where they sourced the materials (all over); and if the internal pads were really cotton (yes). They offered info I didn't know I needed either, like mattress dimensions and the weight of the mattress set. After picking out the set, arranging a delivery time (flexible times available), and making the payment, I had to change mattress specifications pre-delivery. My order was changed without a single eye-rolling, exasperated "we don't normally do this". And then, yet again pre-delivery, I called to ask about another change. Again, no hassle. I was won over by that experience alone. My changed order resulted in a small refund. While I tried to find things to make up for the price so there'd be no refund, OMF actually refunded the very small amount on the spot. And to top it off, the delivery people showed up when promised and were just as friendly and efficient as I could have hoped. Original Mattress Factory also offers a mattress-turning email reminder. That's going to be pretty useful to me since I never remember to do that.

Can't leave at doorstep, can't leave with the neighbor. I think its a private delivery firm named Diversified Logistics and not necessarily Mattress Firm's fault, but I have to ding Mattress Firm for using them or instructing them not to drop off. (Wife was in the backyard and didn't hear the doorbell ring).

We have not moved for 26+ years and going from a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Florida to a 2/2 apartment home in North Carolina has us challenged on many fronts surrounding this life change. Jenna was super friendly and very supportive and relaxed throughout the morning of our shopping the Cooper's showroom in Cary. I had seen an upholstered king bed on their website which was the piece that drove us to Cooper's in the first place. Jenna let us know the approximate delivery time and it seemed way too far out so we walked the showroom pondering our options. There was a lovely console table that would fit just perfectly in our new space and Jenna arranged to have the floor piece delivered in a fairly short turnaround time so that we could have something lovely in our new home. When I called back a couple days later to inquire about that same bed we had seen at the start of our furniture search, Jenna was very helpful and super organized with getting us pricing and ETA's on both the bed and a narrow lingerie drawer that would fit our smaller footprint. All-in-all a painless and seamless process so far. We attribute this to Jenna's extensive experience and great demeanor. Thank you.

We wanted something that wasn't dated and would last. We have been thrilled with the products. We had a little issue at delivery, but Woody's made it right and even sent out someone to fix a scratch on one of the chairs. There was a special coloring design on the table top and they matched it on the chair seats and sideboard. With shortages this year it took longer than we would have liked but with COVID delays gave been difficult and in the end. We love all of our purchases.

Everything we were interested in was available for delivery. The sales experience was low pressure and Tobey seemed to be very knowledgeable. We ordered our first ever king mattress and it came with a free adjustable bed frame. We also ordered a queen mattress and both were delivered by a hard working efficient crew just as scheduled. The bed frame was set up and tested by them and all wrapping (trash) was taken away. I'd recommend Mattress Firm. Deliveries can be done anywhere using their large network.

Terrible experience, nightmare! It first started with the delivery team almost refusing to deliver…read moremy mattress and base on the delivery date. They were at my door, but refused because it was raining!? After they were forced to turn around, they returned to deliver the mattress and base while damaging my home in the process. Mattress Firm's third party insurance did pay in full for the repair, but there was hassle in finding a repair man for the job. After a month, we discovered that the mattress and defective adjustable base was hurting our backs. I had to call 1-2 times weekly for 2 months to try to see what could be done about the return. The Holly Springs staff did a great job of ignoring me. The manager out of the Fuquay branch was more responsive with helping. However, he required multiple phone calls when I was trying to return my items and almost forgot to process the return before heading out for a trip (probably would have if I did not call multiple times). What shocked me the most about the whole part of this horrific experience is that I never got a call/contact from the regional VP, which is the manager of all mentioned on this review. My request was ignored. You would think after this terrible experience that upper level management would be interested in righting the wrongs. One of the biggest wrongs is stringing along a customer to fatigue them, while knowing they have 120 days to return the product or they will be in a situation with no way to recoup the costs. I had to pay a 20% restocking and delivery fee for the mattress, totaling 600$. Mattress firm did allow me to return my dysfunctional base, but charged me 300$ for this process. I ended up giving this unresponsive, poor customer care company 900$ of my hard earned money. Beware!

Ollie's is universally known as a store with crazy good prices but you have to dig through piles of…read morerubbish to find them. If you've been to one Ollie's, you've been to them all. They're unorganized and messy, but man, is it fun to find a good bargain! Yes, there's more junk than useful items. However, they do carry lots of name brand items for cheap. I don't know why I buy from retailers at full price, Ollie's is where it's at!! From Yankee Candle to Olay and everything in between, you bet your bottom dollar that you're going home with something...and if you're not, you didn't spend enough time browsing. Here are just a few things I've gotten from Ollie's: a Stephen King graphic novel of The Dark Tower for less than $4, a secret Santa gift filled with journals, crayons, colored pencils, and two drawing pads (don't forget the gift bag, tissue paper, AND a card) for less than $15, Yankee candle melts for less than $2, a Yankee candle oil diffuser for less than $4, a large bag of brand-name veggie chips for less than $2, St. Ives body wash for less than $3, a Febreze car plug in for less than $1. I can go on and on. Ollie's has discounts and it's super easy to spend at least an hour here while you bargain shop. The staff here are very nice! There were two cashiers and one floor staff and they all greeted me nicely and were very friendly. Is Ollie's a disaster? Yes. Are the floors uneven and unfinished? YUP. Are you going to save money? Absolutely. It's chaotic good, my guys!
