This store is a subsidary of Ashley furniture so you get the furniture without the commintment or customer service. First of all my husband and I went to the store to purchase furniture in March for our upcoiming move that would be happening in May of the same year. We were told in store when we made the purchase, which was financed by the way that everything was in place. We would however have to pay $140.00 dollars but that it could be paid all the way up to the day before delivery. We were told this by the manger and sales rep. Fast forward to weeks before the move I called in and paid the for the delivery and was told that I would hear from Maria on the day of dlivery. My husaband I took the day off to move things to the new location. Around miday I call Maria, who tells me that my order was not placed until to the 23rd of May and that they were looking in the warehouse to accomodate me because my order was not scheduled to be in to the 21st of May and it April 27th currently. i argued that this could not be possible as I made this order months in advance and was assured that there would be no delays. She told me she didn't know why this happened but that the order had jiust been placed. I recieved a part of my secctional that same day. Called back to the store to talk to manager who by the way is never available when you call. Only to be told by Miguel that no order is processed until all the moneys are paid, which is completely different from what I was told to my face at the store. Over several days and communciations with Maria I requested for the delivery to be refunded which she stated that she requested from the cooporate office. She then offered me a vacation package instead of the delivery fee. I acceped but we will reivist that in a minute. On or about May 15th I was contacted by text message from a delvery driver asking if I would be at thome to get furniture which no one called or alerted me that anything was coming that day. I got off work to get the furniture only for them to come with the wrong part of the sectional. The next I got a call from Maria not apologizing for the inconciences but telling me that I could possibly get the furntiure on Saturday if it came in. It didn't of coarse no call no show. Finally on May 20th we recieved the rest of the sectional still with no call ahead just a text message asking if we would be home to recieve it. The level of unprofessionalism displayed thru Ashley Furniture,/ Furniture World is unbeliveable, please save yourself the hassel but if you don't. Don't accept the vacation package it will cost you 300-400 and a fee to access it. SO either way this is a losing situation and they don't care about what you go through. Maria sounds fed up with the crap herself and is not professional or very appologetic. JUST SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you have to!!!! I will never buy from them or Ashley Furniture due to this situation and I think they ought to to be ashamed putting people through this kind of situation in this economy.

Joey and Vicki are the store owners and helped me to understand flame retardants as well as what foam (in most typical new spring pillowtop mattresses) is made of. I am happy to say that I'm sleeping on a much less toxic mattress and cannot wait to purchase a mattress from them. I'm slowly re-vamping my bedroom and making it clean and have the following items from their thus far: -- 2 Shredded Latex Pillows (made of natural latex with an organic cotton cover) -- A set of Bamboo Pillowcases -- A crib mattress for a friend, as well as an organic cotton fitted sheet for it. -- A washable wool mattress protector -- An organic merino wool comforter (my most recent addition) I dare say I sleep on a cloud now after these additions to my bedroom. Our living room is a bit challenging as it has an unusual number and placements of doors and windows and a fireplace, so it was confusing for us to design the space on our own. We found their designer's insights to be wonderful, and years later we still love the furniture and feel of the room. I haven't noticed any wear on their pieces, and we even have a toddler testing it out how durable it is now. My one complaint is that I wish they had a larger showroom, but I'm sure the real estate in the mall comes at a hefty price.

We heard about Mission Bungalow from our good Ole Pal GOOGLE, after typing in the search bar, "furniture stores near me", while sitting outside Raleigh Raw Juice Bar & Cafe, eating our sushi burrito and drinking our berry smoothie. Upon completion of our lunch, Google maps, without fail, guided us to Mission Bungalow's exact location. After walking into the store, we were immediately greeted by Mark, the owner. We let Mark know that we had been doing some minor research on bedroom sets but could not find what we wanted. After listening to us describe our style and what we wanted, he began to show us their gallery. Mark was extremely kind and patient with us, especially since our indecisiveness and ADHD was in full swing, going out of his way to make sure we had what we were looking for and explaining all the different designs and styles, especially with the different woods and stains. He was straight forward and honest with the time frame at which products are being delivered and when we would expect our new furniture. We were definitely there past closing time, and really appreciated the time Mark gave us. Mission Bungalow is true to their word.

I had seen an upholstered king bed on their website which was the piece that drove us to Cooper's in the first place.
