I was helped by Matt and Ken and both demonstrated great costumer service. Matt really educated our family on mattresses vs "selling" them. We felt very comfortable checking out the different mattresses without the pressure of making a sale. I love the no haggle prices since most mattress stores mark up their products and pretend to give you a "great deal". We explained that we were on a budget and I felt we were given the best advice for getting the best product for our money. Something that would last without breaking the bank. I have now purchased 3 mattresses over the past 2 years from Mattress Capital. The store on Capital Boulevard is medium-large in size and has a good selection of mattresses in varying price points that will fit any budget. They are also family owned and operated. The sales staff (every time has been the owner) is very knowledgeable, no-pressure and honest. He can tell you who made the mattress as well as the how and why of its quality and price in comparison to other mattresses. One of the things I like most is he carries mattresses made by Kings Down, located in Mebane, NC. I like supporting local businesses when I can and he makes this an option if you do too. I have found him to be the same way every time and on the second mattress we purchased he lowered the price a little so it was comparable to the first mattress we bought. A couple of weeks ago I ordered two mattress, one for my daughter and one for my son. My daughter's was the Energize memory foam and my son's was the pillow top spring mattress by Carson. The second one was cheaper and I figured that my son wouldn't know the difference and would just be happy with a newer mattress. Well...after about a week he was complaining that the mattress was too soft. I called Ken at Mattress Capital and he had a new, memory foam mattress at my door that night to replace the spring mattress for my son. I was not charged another delivery fee, which, by the way he didn't charge me to begin with and everyone is sleeping very happy on their new mattresses. The people are so pleasant to work with and extremely helpful in picking a mattress. They are completely honest and will work with you to pick the right mattress for you. We bought a mattress from them a little over a year ago and had indentation issues (pillow top and I don't sugest it). They gave us absolutely no hassle in sending it back to the manufacturer for a warranty issue. We then got the cloud temperpedic with dual controls. Expensive but worth every penny. First time mattress buyers and great experience! Salesman gave us a few ideas based on a short conversation but weren't pushed to purchase (which is what I was expecting). In just a short time, we found what we wanted and didn't even decide to shop around elsewhere due to the great price and service. Even the delivery guys were great. Very prompt getting to us within a time-frame (just 3 hrs timeframe vs 5 or more with cable) and were in and out in 10-15 minutes. Mattress Capital is the only place to buy a mattress. They are reliable, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I purchased 3 mattresses, my daughter and son also purchased mattresses. One of the mattresses I purchased has a problem. Not the fault of Mattress Capital but the mattress manufacturer. I called store and was told to check if tag was still attached and that there were no stains on the mattress. I did so, called them back and was told immediately that the would replace the mattress. Called the store on a Friday at 5 pm and spoke with Ken who provided four options of solution for a tempurpedic bed foundation on the phone and met him at the store on Saturday. He was informative, impartial and listened to our needs before helping us with our decision. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience! Best place to buy your mattress. Ken is awesome! He helped my husband and I replace our factory defective mattress. The service was so good, that we ended up upgrading to a Temper-Pedic bed (Believe the hype, a Temper-Pedic bed is phenomenal). I recommend this place to anybody. We bought our mattress from here several years ago. We stopped in to get a new pillow since I was having sleeping issues (not related to the bed).
