The store is clean and well-lit (bright)! The staff all greeted me and one motioned over to help. I will say I was in a rush (after visiting multiple stores). I had an exact budget I didn't want to exceed. The representative pointed to all the mattresses in my budget. I laid on all options in my budget for a few minutes. The rep provided a protector for me as I laid on each mattress meditating on my purchase decision. Lol He didn't rush me but instead asked how it felt. This was an important decision. Based on how I felt at the moment I settled on the Sleepys Doze 10" Medium Memory Foam Mattress. BIG MISTAKE! This mattress was like quicksand. I would find myself sinking into the mattress at midnight. Maybe it was the memory foam that I didn't love. I also purchased the 50 Series Adjustable Base. My adjustable provides so much comfort in tilting up in more of a sitting position, so I can be comfortable when reading, working or watching a movie. It's like a comfy couch. This base also helps provide me with a better quality of sleep across the board since I love to elevate my feet. That has helped a lot with the back pains and pressure I experience from sitting at a desk in the past. I'm so glad I made this purchase. I added a warranty to my frame. Before my 120 Night Sleep Trial was up I visited this location for a second time. In March 2021 I came back for a mattress exchange from the Sleepys Doze 10" Medium Memory Foam Mattress to the Serta iSeries Hybrid 1000 12" Medium Mattress. I was finally satisfied! The initial pick wasn't a good fit for me. I made sure I brought all my money the second time because I was going to pay what I needed for the BEST! Every night I lay down for bed it's like entering the gates of heaven. I'm just in love with this mattress. You will not be disappointed. Deliveries: Mattress Firm did not have any delays due to the Pandemic. Everything was on schedule. I was so thankful for my base, and matters while I still waited on my bedroom set from another company. Matress Firm texted me when on the way. The 1st delivery required the 2nd return the next day because they did not install everything correctly. No biggie! The leg was coming off the adjustable base and I believe it is because I asked them to move it after already installed. I think it was moved and the leg inadvertently came off. This was an easy fix I would've resolved it myself, but it was too heavy for me to move. The second delivery of my exchange was quickly delivered the following day. Both the initial and exchange met my expectations and I'm pleased with everything.

The women in the showroom were very knowledgeable & made the purchasing process seamless. The color couch we wanted was not something that was in stock & was going to take 6-8 weeks to be delivered, which we were fine with. They had plenty of other options that could have been delivered sooner but this was the one we really wanted. They had everything delivered to us within the given time frame! The gentlemen who delivered the couch were professional & efficient. I'm not the kind who after making a researched decision changes my mind several times before the deal is done. But I did here, and customer service never gave attitude about it. There was a no pressure sales staff that allowed all the time I needed to look but yet remembered to periodically find me to ask if I had questions. I asked lots of questions, and in most cases, they volunteered info before I could ask: from where the mattresses were made (here in NC); where they sourced the materials (all over); and if the internal pads were really cotton (yes). They offered info I didn't know I needed either, like mattress dimensions and the weight of the mattress set. After picking out the set, arranging a delivery time (flexible times available), and making the payment, I had to change mattress specifications pre-delivery. My order was changed without a single eye-rolling, exasperated "we don't normally do this". And then, yet again pre-delivery, I called to ask about another change. Again, no hassle. I was won over by that experience alone. My changed order resulted in a small refund. While I tried to find things to make up for the price so there'd be no refund, OMF actually refunded the very small amount on the spot. And to top it off, the delivery people showed up when promised and were just as friendly and efficient as I could have hoped. Original Mattress Factory also offers a mattress-turning email reminder. That's going to be pretty useful to me since I never remember to do that.

He even suggested a left-side chaise which would fit better in my apartment. Once I decided on a couch, I feared I would have to wait weeks for delivery, but Ronnie said they would have it to me by Saturday (I bought it on a Thursday). The delivery guys were early and they called before they arrived, set up the couch in about 5 minutes and took all the trash with them. After a lot of phone calls and texts, he finally delivered a new mattress. However, again the wrong mattress was delivered and it was a cheaper one than what my client purchased. There was no apology and then he began lying. He refused to deliver the correct mattress. What kind of regional manager rips off a 79-year-old customer? Buyer beware. This store makes a lot of mistakes and refuses to fix them. I would not recommend this store or any of their stores considering the regional manager was the problem.
