After my experience with bedkings, I wish I had gone to IKEA instead…read more I bought a bunk bed with an underbed drawer and twin bunkie mattress, but I was delivered a bunk bed that was so coarse that I actually had to sand down parts of it so that my daughters wouldn't scratch themselves! After putting together the bed, I realized that it was missing parts. These parts were the wires and screws that secured the bottom mattress. The twin bunkie mattress that was delivered was also the wrong style. We had ordered a plain white mattress, but they instead shipped a green, boys' soccer themed mattress. Not a huge deal, but what a pain. So the delivery guys forgot to pick up the underbed drawer on top of everything else. After numerous calls and appointments for a week and a half, I finally got the underbed drawer and since they couldn't get the bed parts from the manufacturer, they gave me a bottom bunkie board. I was astonished that the underbed drawer wasn't very deep. I have dresser drawers deeper than it! I even had to sand down these drawers so that nobody would get scratched. I'm happy that I got a bunkie board as a gesture for my troubles, but I'm severely disappointed at the poor worksmanship of the furniture, bad communication with the delivery guys, and overall experience. I wish I had the same positive experience of many of the other people that bought from this place.

While they did deliver the furniture...they did not wrap the furniture or use any kind of mat or carpet to keep from damaging them. The truck these guys used was an old ford ranger that was beat up. The tailgate wouldn't even open. I will not use again.

Target for example. Any parent that sent their child to college with one of those futons clearly has some pent up resentment from the teenage years. Right as I walked in, I was greeted by a nice gentleman that helped me find exactly what I needed. I think has name was Sameer, but I'm not totally sure. Anyhow, I found a beautiful futon with tons of storage and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Cemirex to anyone looking for a better than average shopping experience and even better products.

They were asking 169 and the one on Amazon was 139. In an effort to support a local business I agreed to pay 150 to include delivery and thought all was well. Well today was the scheduled delivery day. After reaching out multiple times asking what time to expect them and being told they will be in touch shortly, I received a final text at 5:20 in the evening saying that they could deliver tonight but they now wanted 180! I had expressed that I needed the bed today and feel like this was a terrible attempt at getting more money out of a customer after we had already agreed on price, delivery address and day. Especially disappointed that I had agreed to pay extra just to do business with them. I expressed that it makes no sense to pay 180 for a bed that is 139 with free delivery online and asked them to please honor the agreed upon price since I now have a roommate sleeping on the sofa because we had waited for them to deliver. I never heard back. Terrible customer service and a really bad way to conduct business. Sadly, I would recommend Amazon over doing business with Cemirex.
