She was occupied by talking on her phone and eating chicken wings from Hooters. When I approached Lanie about it she angrily said "What do you expect?!". She also reminded that the last person who asked for a refund was told to "get the f*** out!". She didn't so much as offer a conditioning treatment (as if it would have helped). This is 6 months of growth and I've since had to cut off 8 inches of unrepairable hair. It will take years for the rest of my hair to recover. My most recent conditioner shipment confirmed the conditioner hates the package too. The seam at the other end of the tube exploded from the strain. I now use it by squeezing it out of the other end.
