I don't like salons with gaggles of people, lots of noise, horrible music and obnoxious smells. This place is perfect for me. It was quite, smelled nice, the music was not memorable but present, so it was a relaxing experience! My hair turned out great. Abby was careful to cut a little at a time to make sure I was okay with the length as my hair is quite long and has been for some time. Thank you Abby, you rock!

I picked this place bc it is "health conscious" and their branding made me feel comfortable because of my health issues. I needed my roots done or some way to blend it due to regrowth and no energy to fix it. It is frustrating because I would have been ok with a root melt/smudge/etc. I am pretty open to changing to something manageable during this hard time. I would have been ok with an off scalp application that blends the line with bleach or a semi darker dye. Instead, I was just basically looked at like nope, we only do highlights. No question on why I was in this business or if I was open to other applications than on the scalp bleach. I would have been open to a conversation. It is an unfortunate way of handling things. Since I came to your business on purpose. Instead it seems I was judged instantly and pushed out the door. I don't believe health conscious branding that doesn't care to actually ask why someone is in their specific business before telling them to go down the road. All that said, the interaction wasn't negative. Just unfortunate.

Fistfuls of hair burned and falling off, inches from the scalp. My hair looks like what you'd see in bleach fail videos. She was occupied by talking on her phone and eating chicken wings from Hooters. When I approached Lanie about it she angrily said "What do you expect?!". She also reminded that the last person who asked for a refund was told to "get the f*** out!". She didn't so much as offer a conditioning treatment (as if it would have helped). This is 6 months of growth and I've since had to cut off 8 inches of unrepairable hair. It will take years for the rest of my hair to recover. The damage Lanie caused and her carelessness to make it right is completely unforgivable. *color done by a different stylist at a different salon
